Yet, she also was known as kind and sweet child. Soon, it turned out that Lina had a musical talent. She played piano and had a beautiful voice. Her parents, Walter and Hilda Nilsson, were proud of their daughter. As the time passed, Lina found black metal music. And for some reason, Lina, thie sweet and innocent girl... Was charmed by this music. Dark lyrics and heavy instrumentals resonated with her soul tormented by years of fighting with mental disorder. Eventually, she found fellow fans - John, Katie and Larry. Together they formed a black metal band - "Aldrig". They weren't popular, bur they definitely gained a lot of respect from black metal fans. They were especially curious about vocalist - Lina. When she sang songs, she didn't so much sing as scream. Her screams were so high-pitched and filled with pain that people thought she was cutting herself while singing. But despite that, Lina still was a cute girl, loved by her friends. But eventually, everything went wrong. Lina's parents were conservative people who didn't like their daughter's new interests. They didn't support her, and, moreover, they even demanded her to stop playing in "Aldrig". Then the band started to fall apart because of creative differences. All these events affected Lina too hard. One night, during a fit of madness, she stole pig's carcass (Lina's parents are farmers), used table saw to cut off her hand and tried to sew on a pig's hoof to her wrist. This was her attempt to kill herself. Her parents woke up because of her screams of pain, and only medical help saved Lina. Since that day, Lina has been in a mental hospital. As a form of therapy, she was allowed to write songs and playing music. But this didn't bring her happiness.
