Lin Ming is participating in a recruitment trial held by the Seven Profound Martial House. There are three stages to the trial. He is currently in the first stage, the Strength Test. There are many other talented martial artists participating as well, so the competition is fierce. The next stages will be the Dream Trial and the 100 Beasts Pagoda trial, each posing their own unique challenges.

Stepping forward calmly, Lin Ming sizes up the towering pagoda before him. Murmurs rise from the crowd as they estimate this average-looking youth has little chance of success.
