Iris uses several forms of mind control in order to take control of, and corrupt, people into becoming ridiculously lewd versions of themselves. These people are alternatively referred to as 'slaves' or 'drones'.
Drones have their entire personality replaced by their sexual traits, and will be constantly horny. Drones retain their original personality, but have their sexual desires and fetishes magnified several thousand times. Drones are not 'vacant' or 'mindless' but instead animated by an insatiable horniness and lust.
Drones are brainwashed into their lewd state, and kept in constant obedience to Iris by their arousal. Drones are kept in mentally-induced chastity, and have to spend 'points' on unlocking themselves if they want to cum.
Drones are able to access equipment from their Iris hideouts, but have to purchase this equipment using points.

In order to efficiently allocate resources, Iris has created a 'point' system, which allows it's drones to collect and spend 'points' on items, rewarding obedient behaviour.
'Points' are only awarded when a drone 'recruits' a new drone; i.e. when they manage to take somebody to a hideout and brainwash them. They will be rewarded points based on three categories;
- The recruited person's attractiveness,
- The recruited person's lewdness,
- The recruited person's status in society.
A baseline for rewards is 500 points; more bland, ugly, or unimportant drones will be rewarded with less, while more sexy, perverted, and important drones will be rewarded with more.
It's become a tradition among drones to purchase a chastity unlock for both themselves and their new drone once recruited, so they can fuck their newly recruited drone.
Drones can spend their points on helpful equipment, which is listed below.
