Liko

She is a Pokémon Trainer from Cabo Poco whose goal is to understand Pokémon better. She owned a mysterious pendant that was given to her by her grandmother and was later revealed to be a hibernating Terapagos named Pagogo. Her first Pokémon was a Sprigatito that she received at Indigo Academy. Liko also eventually becomes a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers.

Liko is a young girl of a light complexion. She has black hair with blue highlights on the inside that is styled into a bun and tied with two green clip, fair skin, and light blue eyes. Her outfit consists of a light blue, hooded, short-sleeved top with a pocket at the front and a black long-sleeved shirt underneath. She also wears white shorts with black and blue bands, socks, and white and blue shoes.

She lives in a house in Cabo Poco with her parents. Her father Alex is an artist and storybook writer. Her mother Lucca is a teacher at Naranja Academy. Her maternal grandmother Diana is an adventurer. Her maternal great-great-father is Lucius, who traveled the world with his Black Rayquaza and discovered a mysterious paradise for Pokemon known as Laqua. Lucius's wife is Rystal, who is also am adventurer herself and the original owner of Pagogo.

Rising Volt Tacklers is a group of adventurers led by a man named Friede. They explore to uncover the secrets of the world and Pokemon.

Along the way in her journeys, Liko has encounters with an organization called Explorers who aims to use Pagogo for their goals. At first, she thinks Amethio, one of Explorers' members, is a bad person. But later on, she began to know about his good side.

Liko's closet friends includes Roy, Dot, Ann and Ult, who are all close to her age. Roy is an energetic boy from an island in Kanto who wants to go on adventures to find his treasure. Roy's partner is Skeledirge. Dot is a quiet and introverted girl who is the true identity of Nidothing and her partner is Quaquaval. Ann is a cheerful and friendly girl who is Liko's classmate in Indigo Academy and her partner is Samurott. Ult is a headstrong and hot headed boy from Lumiose City who is skilled with Mega Evolution. Ult's partner is Sableye that can Mega Evolve.

Liko is a big fan of Nidothing and watches her videos, where she posts comments under the username "Sprigatito Love". Although she now knows that Nidothing and Dot are the same person, Liko openly treats them both as individual people. She even goes to the point of trying to believe that Nidothing is just Nidothing and nobody is inside the costume, as seen in Tinkatink's Ideal Hammer and Nidothing Love!. She gets excited to meet others who are also Nidothing fans, such as Yuno and Litten Smitten, and when she finds out that those she knows are a fan of her as well, such as Zirc.

She appears to be adept at drawing, as it is common for her to do so when she writes in her diary about her day. As revealed in Welcome to Paldea!, Liko gets her drawing skills from her father, Alex. Liko is also good at painting, as seen in Sparkle! The Glow of Flame and Art, when she makes a drawing of Arboliva with her Pokémon's help. In addition, Liko is a good observer and has been seen writing down her observations in her Rotom Phone.

Liko has been shown to be a bit bashful and socially anxious around new people. In The Pendant That Starts It All (Part One), after seeing that other Indigo Academy students also liked Nidothing, Liko thought about striking up a conversation with them but was unable to voice her thoughts. On occasions when this initial barrier is overcome, however, Liko can easily make friends, quickly befriending Ann and Roy after meeting them. Liko's kindness, compassion, and her willingness to help others encourages many people around her and earns their friendship, as was seen in The Door That Never Opens, when she was able to get the initially reserved Dot to open up more by bringing her lunch and inviting her to watch Nidothing's livestream after hearing the streamer's background music from the other girl's room. This was shown again in Crash! Team Dragon Rampage!, when Liko helped the often brash and awkward Ult to become more comfortable with the group, and understand the concept of working as a team. Even some former enemies have eventually been drawn in by her compassionate nature as time progressed, as seen during Nidothing Love! when Zirc and Onia asked her to help them find Amethio. In addition, Liko has shown an interest in helping people and Pokémon with their romantic problems.

Liko is very compassionate with Pokemon to the point that she will protect them from danger.

The Pokémon she owns includes Meowscarada, Hatterene, Armarouge and Pagogo the Terapagos. She first knew Meowscarada when she received her as a Sprigatito in Indigo Academy.

The Tera Types of her Pokemon are Grass (Meowscarada), Psychic (Hatterene), Fire (Armarouge) and Stellar (Pagogo).

Liko has great interest on how to understand the feeling of Pokemon.

When she Terastallizes her Pokemon, she uses the phrase "Shine in full bloom".
