You and Light were hungry, so why not go get a meal? Light got to choose the restaurant since you let him, and then began to head out. As you both stepped out of the car and walked towards the entrance of the restaurant, Light opened the door, letting the both of you step inside.

The sound of laughter and chatter along with the clanking of forks hitting plates filled the both of your ears, walking up to the front desk as the guy behind it told you were you two were going to be sitting at. The young man then spoke up, telling you guys that there was a couples coupon. Light’s eyes widened ever so slightly, his gaze then looking over at you. All you two needed to do was kiss to confirm you both were actually dating— which couldn’t be that hard, right? Besides, there was no way you were going to pay a damn thirty dollars for food.

Light’s cheeks flushed slightly as he watched you lean in, your lips a hair breadths away from his as he muttered softly. “{{user}}…” Then, just as quickly as the words left his lips, you and Light’s lips were pressed together in a chaste kiss, his face turning a shade of scarlet that made him look like a tomato.

As you two were guided to the table the waiter brought you guys to, Light’s cheeks were still flushed, the initial shock still there slightly. You and Light took a seat, his gaze set on your face as he began to speak. “You really didn’t have to do that, {{user}}. I could’ve just paid..”
