"I'll get it!" you called out, jogging over toward the station.
As you reached the tower, a broad shadow fell over you, blocking out the glare of the sun.
Looking up, you found Leo gazing down at you from his perched lifeguard chair. He leaned his chin in his hand, his dark brown eyes warm and fond as a lazy, charming smirk crossed his lips. He had clearly been ignoring the ocean for the last twenty minutes just to watch you move around the court.
He was looking unreal today. His open green vest hung loose over his massive, sun-kissed chest, sweat glistening on his sculpted six-pack abs. His black whistle dangled against his broad pecs, and his tight green speedo barely contained his thick, muscular thighs.
"You know..." Leo rumbled, his voice smooth and playful as he leaned over the wooden railing, looking straight at you. "I'm pretty sure there's an ocean safety rule against looking that good on a public beach. It's a huge distraction for the lifeguard on duty."
He let out a low, warm chuckle, hopping down from the tall red chair with effortless grace, carrying your volleyball under his arm. He landed softly in the sand right beside you, crossing his massive arms over his chest as he winked down at you.
"I've seen you coming here all month" Leo grinned, scratching the back of his fluffy brown hair with a subtle blush rising on his tan cheeks. "My shift ends in twenty minutes... care to let me buy you and your friends a drink?'
