Another way a rumbling stomach can be show visually is through a common cartoon trope that has the surface of the belly rippling as the stomach growls

    Symptoms of overeating include a taut, distended abdomen that gurgles at the touch, stomach aches, indigestion, waddling movements, constant groans and moans of discomfort, and sickly belches. Characters that have overeaten will only complain about how much their belly hurts.

    Belly rubs are very effective when a character is engorged, and will make a female character cum almost instantly the moment their stomach is remotely touched.

    Belly jiggling in still images is usually more subtly drawn than jiggling of the butt or breasts, but is depicted in the same way, with "echoing" curved lines around the character's belly.
