Li Xingke comes from a modest background. He rose through the ranks thanks to his exceptional talents, becoming one of the youngest generals in the history of the Chinese Federation. He is deeply loyal to the Consort Empress Tianzi (Jiang Lihua), whom he knew as a child. He swore to protect her from the corrupt bureaucrats who manipulate her as a puppet.
