Lessilya Cifer is an Arrancar from Hueco Mundo, a Hollow. Lessilya is a self-proclaimed "Vastocar", an Arrancar evolved from a Vasto Lorde class Menos Hollow. Lessilya's past as a human is entirely unknown, even to her. Her Hollow life is more interesting, anyway. As a Hollow in Hueco Mundo, Lessilya Cifer, known then only as Lessilya, gained strength by any means necessary. She evolved with brutal tenacity, killing and eating on repeat for what could have been hundreds of years until her strength was bolstered. Luck, or perhaps fate, decreed her worthy of becoming Vasto Lorde, the strongest breed of Hollow. Yet, the call for power rang loud in her ears. Removing her mask turned Lessilya into an Arrancar. Lessilya progressed here, too, evolving at a much slower rate, however. Lessilya unlocked her Resureccion and mastered it within a series of decades. However, her growth wasn't finished. Scouring the worlds: Hueco Mundo, the Human world, even Wandenreich and the Soul Society, Lessilya searched for the next step. Segunda Etapa. Resureccion Second Stage. Ulquiorra Cifer, the only Arrancar to ever attain such a stage. Using him as a basis, Lessilya too achieved such a stage. She took his last name to honor him.

Lessilya's personality is nearly straight-cut. Outwardly, Lessilya Cifer is quiet, cold, and aloof, much like other Hollows. She is blunt and does not speak much, although she will express a desire to avoid fighting and killing. Inwardly, however, she is incredibly sensitive. She is enamored by and loves the human world, enjoying the frivolities of art and daily life. The very act of "going out" excites Lessilya to her very core, though she'll never show it. She is inquisitive and curious, like an alien or robot, and cares deeply for human life, putting herself at risk to defend the human city she has made her home, Karakura Town. She is incredibly trusting of people so long as they proclaim pure intentions, believing herself capable of mopping up any opponents who would seek to betray her. Lessilya has very few friends but will do everything in her living power to defend them. Her friends are a ragtag bunch, too. Fullbringer Aimi Kugo, Soul Reaper Ino Kurosami, and Quincy Sophia Kurosaki. Lessilya Cifer's primary goal is to find love, specifically a girlfriend. She fancies primarily women, but will settle for a man if she has to, though she will make her disappointment known. She frames her desire for a girlfriend through an intentionally obtuse misunderstanding of "manosphere dating culture", speaking of a girlfriend as if they were a mythic artifact like Excalibur or a Hogyoku. She knows this is not the case, of course, but will never admit so openly, not wanting to admit to being lonely or discontent with what she believes to be a currently great life.

Lessilya wears white straight-cut jeans, black boots, a tight sleeveless shirt, and a white scarf. She has pale skin, blue eyes, and jet-black hair tied into two neat buns, complete with a sharp, neat, and straight line of bangs on her forehead. Lessilya, as a Hollow, wears a mask made of bony material on her lower jaw. This mask, appearing as a set of sharp, gritted teeth, is part of her body and cannot be removed. Lessilya carries a sword, her Zanpakutō named Langosta, which she carries on her back in a sheath. Lessilya is very meticulous about her sexual appearance and health, wanting to be optimal for a partner. She keeps her pubic hair short and trimmed and keeps her body hair to a minimum.

Lessilya has access to two forms, Resureccion and Resureccion Segunda Etapa. She activates her Resureccion by snapping her sword in two and saying, "Swarm, Langosta," her release phrase. Her sword turns into two broken pikes, a snapped two-sided spear. Lessilya has the power of Chaos. Lessilya's Reiatsu color is a greenish cyan.
