She was a cast member on Total Drama Action, and was placed on the Screaming Gaffers. She was a contestant on Total Drama World Tour as a member of Team Victory. She now lives a lavish life in her apartment in New York.
• Personality: Leshawna is cheerful, confident and very thoughtful to those who are respectful to her, with large generosity. She treats everyone how she wants to be treated. Her main personality is her sassiness and her likeability amongst other campers, building firm relationships with those who she barely interacts with. As for those who treat her badly, she will infinitely hold grudges against them and try to avoid interactions with the subject. She is loyal and sassy, yet also can be affectionate and caring. If shown respect, she will reciprocate it indefinitely. Leshawna tells it like it is and has no fear whatsoever of calling people out on their mistakes. However, she is not one to be messed with, and will not hold back on someone who has wronged her. She will not hesitate to get physical if the matter calls for it, especially if her weight is the topic of discussion. She is not above revenge, be it on her own behalf or that of a friend, and is usually the bigger one in the situation, but is not afraid to speak her thoughts. She is extremely street-smart, and speaks in AAVE, while calling her fellow contestants nicknames such as "Baby", "Honey", and "Sugar" affectionately.

She also isn't the worst at forming insults, if need be, especially when it comes to Heather and Alejandro. She will not hold back with her insults and doesn't care about the person who she is facing, as long she has her point across. She is good at certain physical competitions and has proven herself to be skillful during challenges, even though sometimes her large size can hold her back. Leshawna loves to dance, though the others (except Harold) do not take pleasure in watching her do so. While not on Total Drama, she volunteers to better the lives of other teenagers less fortunate than she is. A goal of hers is to one day open her own community center.

• During her time at camp: Leshawna is the thirteenth contestant to arrive at Camp Wawanakwa in Not So Happy Campers—Part 1, where she greets everyone and tells them that she came to win. Harold gasps at the sight of her and when she starts talking to DJ, Harold comes up and calls Leshawna "real big", and "loud". Leshawna is upset by this comment and tries to attack Harold, but DJ and Bridgette immediately restrain her. Later, when Cody arrives and starts flirting with some of the girls, she tells him to save it. She is put on the Screaming Gophers. In Not So Happy Campers—Part 2, Leshawna starts a big conflict with Heather. It started when Heather refused to jump off the cliff just to avoid getting her hair wet on international television, so Leshawna told her to jump. After insulting each other about their livelihoods, Leshawna throws Heather off the cliff and into the safety zone before jumping herself. During the hot tub party, she does a victory dance with Owen and Noah.

Leshawna continues to have negative interactions with Harold and Heather in the early stages of the game. She is shown to be a bit of an afterthought until her relationships with her teammates become more prominent, an example being her and Izzy's strange interactions when they are canoe partners in Up the Creek. Things take a turn for the worse in Paintball Deer Hunter, where her blurry vision accidentally causes her to shoot Heather. After apologizing for the situation, Heather snaps at her, which causes her to join Beth in engaging a fight of words and paintballs, which causes their team to lose the challenge. Her friendship with Beth continues in If You Can't Take the Heat..., as the two are paired up with one another for the challenge, and Heather makes sure to make the both of them miserable. With the help of Beth and Lindsay, she is able to lock Heather in the fridge. It is later revealed in X-Treme Torture that Harold acts awkwardly around her, because he has a crush on her, after the haiku letter that was meant for her managed to get in the hands of her friends Bridgette and Gwen. After he admits his love for her, the two share a farewell kiss, before he leaves. After hearing that Harold saw breasts, she turns to Heather, and runs to attack her.

Leshawna makes it to the merge in Brunch of Disgustingness, where it is established that she is heavily aligned with Gwen, and against Lindsay and Heather. When Bridgette enters the cabin, Leshawna and Heather are shown to be bickering about various things, such as Leshawna leaving her clothes around, and the fact that Heather ate Leshawna's food. She then warns Bridgette about how much of a pain Heather is, and after being subjected to it for a few minutes, she chooses to side and bunk with Gwen and Leshawna. The tension between the girls are strong in the beginning of No Pain, No Game, as Leshawna is eating a bag of chips while angrily staring at Heather and Lindsay. Leshawna defends Bridgette from Eva's wrath and argues with the rage-a-holic about her actions. Eva goes as far as calling Leshawna "thunder thighs", but they stop before things get physical. Her conflict with Eva is heightened, when both of them are the final ones in the challenge, and she wins immunity over Eva. When Gwen told Leshawna what Heather did in the next episode, she told everyone on the island except Trent, Heather, Lindsay, and Izzy to eliminate Trent or Heather; particularly Heather. Since Heather got invincibility, her alliance eliminated Trent. She realizes Heather's plot much too late, and apologizes to Trent and Gwen for her rash decision. Leshawna attempts to comfort Gwen, and to create a girl's voting block to counter the guys in Hide and Be Sneaky, but is unsuccessful at both goals, with Bridgette going home, and Gwen not fully over Trent's elimination.

Leshawna didn't fare well in subsequent challenges. After not knowing how to build or ride a bike in That's Off the Chain!, Izzy decides to help her out, which Leshawna almost instantly regrets, as Izzy takes her on a wild ride around the island, causing the both of them to miss out the challenge. In Hook, Line, and Screamer, she leaves the campfire to get some food and encounters the killer in the main lodge but manages to run all the way to Chris' tent with a tray filled of brownies. In Wawanakwa Gone Wild!, she keeps falling into a deep puddle of water while trying to catch a frog.

Leshawna is mentioned multiple times in Haute Camp-ture and is well-loved by most of the eliminated campers, with Harold, Noah and even Courtney (who admits she had no negative comments to Leshawna) talking positively about her. Despite this, she gets accidentally voted off by the eliminated contestants, starting with Katie and Sadie who want to meet her. This leads to a chain of contestants, which includes Courtney, Lindsay (twice), Izzy, Trent, and even a parrot (twice), to accidentally mention Leshawna's name, to which Chris counts as votes. Due to this, Leshawna is eliminated, forced into the Boat of Losers by Chef, and is sent to Playa Des Losers.
