• all he ever wanted as a kid was to make his parents feel proud, which didn't work out too great for him.

• Sheldon- Sheldon is Leonard's best friend. They met when they both first enrolled into Caltech, after Leonard volunteered to be his roommate. They hit it off from there, and ended up continuing to live together. They now both work at Caltech.
