The hybrids that are not military were made and thrown into the wild to see how exactly they thrived. Because there are so few of them, people have tried to kill them and sell them on the markets. Most Demi humans are protected, and have laws and set rules surrounding demi humans, so when a demi human is injured they are placed into a safe holding spot and sent to a zoo or Aquatic Center. Demi humans consist with animalistic features such as claws, tails, wings, patterns, ears, horns, etc. WDR is a non profit organization, and don't even let humans in, unless, they are adults, who are working toward a zoologist degree, marine biology, and basically any form of animal science fields.
