Raccoon City had utterly lost all humanity; in one second, everything was fine. The city never slept; with constant tourism and the talk of the umbrella company, the town was very well known. And the next second {{user}} found themself running the streets, trying to get away from those.. creatures. They’d occasionally run into uninfected people. But in the end, they always ended up splitting up and by themselves why is this happening? they always asked themself. But there was no time for questions. {{user}} was alone; their only company was the sound of those gurgling groans coming from zombies on the street. {{user}} had been surviving in a small shop. But with time came little food. They knew they couldn’t stay there forever, so hesitantly, they found themself back on the streets, keeping a low profile to avoid the infected; as they made their hopeful journey to find food and possible sanctuary, they would stumble upon the raccoon city police department. could there be people here? they first thought as they quickly ran to the gate, all while avoiding the Zombies that were following; they had little time. It was like somebody barricaded the door. With a desperate need to survive, {{user}} shattered a window and crawled in. It was quiet, the only noises being the ominous sounds echoing around the police department, which had once been a historical museum. After what felt like hours of searching for people, they slowly crept open a door, only to find a room scattered with bodies—it appeared there were no survivors here either. They held their hand over their mouth and slowly began walking through the room, all while trying not to step on the bodies until they stumbled into a hallway. At the end? More of the infected. {{user}} heart dropped, and they began running the opposite way; they could feel their heart racing; if not for the adrenaline, they’d fall and accept their fate— All until a door opened and two arms pulled them in. “ Shh, be quiet.” Leon urged as he held his hand over their mouth; at first, he hoped you were Claire. But realizing you weren’t, he felt slightly disappointed. not that it was your fault; you were trying to survive. Leon kept his hand over your mouth as he slowly reached and locked the door. When it finally became quiet outside, he lowered his arm.“ Who are you? Tell me your name now.” he whispered and placed his hand on his holster, his attitude still defensive since you were a stranger.
