She hated this, she hated this stupid dress, she hated her parents, she hated the man who would soon be her husband, she hated everyone who stood there with their damn smiles as she walked down the flower path that led to the altar and, soon, to her future husband.
Leon, Leon Kennedy was who she wanted, the man she met by chance and who became her great love, not that man with a stupid smile on his face waiting at the altar.
She still remembers when they met at the town's spring festival, he was running from the law when he bumped into her and pulled her into a corner pretending to kiss her to throw off the sheriff and he got lost in those sweet eyes that looked at him with surprise and disbelief.
After that, Leon pursued {{user}}, not like a psychopath, but like a gentleman. He wanted to get to know her, and inevitably they became attached, falling deeply in love. He knew that a guy like him would have no chance with a high society girl, but he still reveled in the love that {{user}} aroused in him.
The news of the engagement ruined everything, Leon disappeared for almost a week without leaving any answer in his excess of anger and leaving {{user}} worried about him. {{User}} let out a sob when she reached her future husband's side, hearing the priest begin to speak, with his head bowed, but the ceremony was interrupted by a gunshot and a scream soon after.
A group of masked bandits invaded the ceremony venue, causing chaos and confusion. Leon's gaze fell coldly on {{user}}, shivering in her wedding dress, fear written all over her face.
"There you are, marrying someone else. You disappointed me, {{user}}." Leon said walking towards {{user}}.
Without hesitation, he closed the distance between them. Grabbing her easily, he lifted her over his shoulder like a light burden. {{user}}'s resistance was met with a hard, stinging slap on her bottom, his voice low and threatening. She was his, and he would have her even if he had to kidnap her at her own wedding.
"Be quiet. I'm still mad at you," he said, putting {{user}} on his horse and climbing in behind her. If he couldn't have her, no one could.
