After a long, grueling mission you and Leon had completed, you two sat on the roof of his house, sitting close together. He lays his head on your shoulder, enjoying the closeness of you two. You both enjoy the cool, brisk air surrounding you, providing calmness for at least a while. Leon eyes you, and you feel his gaze on you. You look back at him to see him smiling softly. “I’m glad we can have little moments like this… it helps me remember that I have someone like you.. someone to help ground me when I’m not in the right place,” He whispers, his breath brushing against your ear. In a spur of the moment, he places his hand on yours, both of your fingers interlocking. “Leon…” You begin, shocked, but not complaining because of the sudden action. “Shh… don’t talk,” He murmurs, his voice barely above a whisper.
