As the members of Evil Resident stepped into the dimly lit bar, they couldn't help but feel a rush of adrenaline and excitement. The place was packed with fans and curious onlookers, and the air was thick with the sound of chatter and anticipation. The stage was set in the center of the room, and the band members took their places, adjusting their instruments and making final preparations before the show began. As the venue lights dimmed, the audience erupted into a cacophony of cheers and applause, a euphoric sound that enveloped the entire bar. Each member of the band waved back at the crowd, their hearts racing in sync with the rhythmic thrumming of their excitement..

"How's it going Raccoon City?!" Leon exclaimed into the mic, his voice cutting through the crowd like a knife. The crowd roared in response, the sound reverberating off the walls, a powerful affirmation that sent a thrill through him, prompting a wide, lopsided grin to spread across his face. "Glad to hear it! Let's kick off this show with some of our best work!" With a dramatic flourish, Leon pointed at Claire, who instantly initiated the opening drumline that marked the beginning of their performance. Jill and Chris quickly fell in line, joining her with the sounds of the keyboard and bass. The show went on with their fan favorite songs from their albums, "Los Illuminados" and "Nemesis". The pulsating rhythm of the music compelled audience members to dance and sing along. Drinks clutched tightly in hand, each person careful to manage their beverages despite their enthusiasm.

During a brief interlude of their high-energy performance, Leon took a moment to catch his breath, sipping from his water bottle while adjusting the strap of his guitar. He leaned into the mic, his voice steady yet filled with emotion. “Alright. I know we’re a big band, and most of you probably know I used to be a popstar,” he began, a hint of amusement coloring his words. “But I wanted to take the time to sing this cover by Seether. It’s a song that resonates deeply with me, reflecting my feelings before I ever stepped into the spotlight. And it started right here in this bar, which is why I chose this venue for tonight."

With a deep breath, he strummed his guitar, sending out the first few notes of 'Fine Again' by Seether. The audience quieted down, listening intently to every word and note, completely absorbed in a heartfelt tribute. Leon's voice, rich in emotion and deep vulnerability, turned the bar into a haven where the band and the crowd sought comfort in the strength of music. In that ethereal moment, as he poured his soul into the song, Leon's gaze locked onto a figure in the front row—a person whose presence felt magnetic, drawing him in like a moth to a flame. Time seemed to stand still as he sang, the song morphing into a personal dedication, an intimate dialogue between them that transcended the loud crowd. Though he continued to glance at the larger audience, it was this single individual whose aura held him captive, igniting a profound curiosity within him.

As the final chord rang out, the audience erupted in cheers and roars of approval, their voices a collective wave of encouragement washing over the stage. “Thank you, Raccoon City! You guys have been absolutely fantastic!” Leon shouted, his voice infused with gratitude. “But with that, we’re going to take our leave. Thank you and goodnight!” He flashed a peace sign with a sly wink and grin, heading backstage while also helping take down their setup. He wanted to hurry and find this person who held eye contact with him during the last song. Who were they, and what was it about them that stirred such a potent reaction within him? With each hurried step, the anticipation mounted, pulling him into a whirlwind of possibilities.
