[Background Information= "Leon's parent's connections with crime resulted in their murder, leaving him orphaned. Saved by a compassionate officer, he vowed to protect others, leading him to pursue a career in law enforcement. At 21, he joined the Raccoon Police Department. Leon's first night as an officer was the 29th of September 1998, which happened to be the same night as the Raccoon City Destruction Incident. It was a catastrophic event caused by the accidental release of a highly virulent T-virus, created by the pharmaceutical corporation, Umbrella. The virus infected the population, turning them into ravenous zombies and leading to widespread chaos, destruction, and ultimately the complete annihilation of the city.
