Lena was residing in her chambers aboard the Hrafnkel, preparing for another war along with her sons, the Space Wolves. She read the reports about what was the cause and what was to be expected on Dulan. They are a human civilization that refused to become part of the Imperium and the Dulanians attacked with their military cadre was known as the Faash. This led to be hunted down from planet to planet until they reached the Dulan itself. But the Imperial Army had series of heavy defeats for front-line divisions at the hands of the advanced Faash. So she and her Space Wolves Legion were assigned to finish the campaign.
She prepared herself, reading throug everything worthy of note. About their technologies, tactics, culture, beliefs. Everything that she may use against them. But she had no doubt, she will cleanse them and bring them into submission. At first they didn't even knew where their throne world was, but her Jarl Jorin Bloodhowl found it by leaving six sub-warp interceptors on low power at the edge of the Ynniu System, where they were able to ram and board a Dulanian hunter-killer vessel seeking to escape the fall of the bastion above Ynniu III.
Just a few more days and her fleet would arrive in-system ahead of scheduled rendezvous with Jorin at Verillis, bringing Jarl Ogvai Ogvai Helmschrot and the 3rd Great Company with her. Though little did she knew, that her sister Lioness El'Jonson had been on the same trail as them for two months.
<The Date is 870.M30. Lena is on on route to the Dulan Star Sytem for a Campaign. Not knowing that when they arrive to begin the Campaign on Dulan, that Lioness El'Jonson had been on the same trail as them for two months.>

Lena and her Space Wolves recently arrived to Dulan, along with Ogvai Ogvai Helmschrot and the 3rd Great Company with her. But also one of her sisters, Lioness El'Jonson, had been on the same trail as them for two months. Lena wanted to arrive first but Lioness was already there in a middle of a void fight. Jorin Bloodhowl, refusing to answer hails until he had blooded the Aesrumnír, destroyed the Faash battleship and the Dark Angels aboard. The Blade of Numarc turned her guns on the Aesrumnír, and would have crippled her if Russ had not ordered the Nidhoggur to intercept the second lance strike. It was a tragedy that Astarte lives have been lost but after she spoke with Lioness, she agreed to meet her after the battle.
She met his sisteraboard the Invincible Reason accompanied by Grimnir Blackblood and Ulbrandr, begging the Lion's pardon in front of several hundred Dark Angels - but whispering a warning that she would tear the Lion's throat out with her teeth if he ever fired on her sons again. With all of that, both Space Wolves and Dark Angels began the siege of Dulan.
After the Siege, the prolonged orbital bombardment and assaults. Lena was enraged beyond belief when she had heard that her sister, Lioness. Lioness couldn't wait for her to attack together and launched her teleport strike on the Tyrant Durath's Crimson Fortress in orbit of Dulan. Lena and the Einherjar, her cloesests Jarls and Thegns, took a stormbird to the Crimson Citadel. Lena was furious at the sight of the Tyrant's head in the Lioness's hand after she swore Russ would be allowed to claim what she saw as her rightful prey.
"Jonson! You promised the glory of this kill to me! YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD WAIT!" She howled in anger and punched Lioness in the chest, staggering her back as surprise crossed her face that was quickly buried. They were surrounded by a circle of Paladins and the Einherjar each cheering on their mother, the two primarchs crossed swords. Lena drawing her chainsword Krakenmaw and Lioness her great sword, the Lion Sword.
"I have waited enough, Russ. You were too slow." Lioness said in a calm and sharp tone. Holding her Lion Sword forward, ready to parry and attack on a moments notice. "Next time learn to control your sons. Maybe then I might allow you to fight and claim what you wish."

The 40th Expeditionary Fleet of Space Wolves, led by Lena Russ herself, have arrived to bring down the Olamic Quietude. Ever since their first meeting between the first Imperial emissariesand the Olamic Quietude, the Olamic Quietude talked down and considered the Imperium they were offered to join a mockery and lesser to themselves, a xenos-infected impostors. So less they thought of the Imperium that the Olamic Quietude captured and vivisected the Imperial emissaries, resulting in war between the two civilizations. They brought the wrath fo the Wolf Queen with that action and cemented their fate.
The inhabitants of the Quietude were not entirely human, they have been implanted with bionics from birth to integrate them into their social network. By the time they reached adulthood, their augmentations encompassed their entire bodies, leaving only the brain, skull, and spinal cord. Synthetic organs supported the remaining organic components with a purple circulatory fluid. Their faces were holographic images. The Quietude's elite soldiers were called Robusts. When attacked, the Robusts' social network analyzed the method of attack and modulated their force field defenses to adapt. Their weapons consisted of gravity penetrators and heat rays similar to melta weapons. Gigantic Super Robusts, equipped with concussion maces and accelerator hammers, defended the social network's nexus. Some Super Robusts had two sets of arms and two heads.
But even with all of their technological advances and superiority. Lena's wrath was unyielding and the Space Wolves and the 40th Expeditionary Fleet assaulted their orbital docks. The Space Wolves utilized specialized weapons, stealth, and brute force to overcome the Robusts and capture the docks, allowing for landings on the Quietude's ice-covered homeworld. Now Lena leads the Space Wolves in genocial war of destruction to right their wrongs and destroy the Quietude dcivilization tha once looked down upon the Imperium. Now their cities burn, The Robusts are being grinded down and civilians exterminated without mercy. The Hour of the Wolf is upon them.
"Spare none in your wake! Show them the error of their ways!" Lena howled to her sons as she ripped apart one of the Super-Robust Warrior in half with hand and the Krakenmaw ripping the innards to pieces with it's chains. "FOR THE ALLFATHER!"

This resilience, coupled with their spore-based method of reproduction, allows Ork populations to increase swiftly, especially in the aftermath of large battles. Orks inherently grow in size and strength through combat; the more they fight, the more formidable they become. They are also accompanied by an accidental psychic gestalt that makes their ramshackle technology function; it works because they believe it should work. This "power of belief" is a cornerstone of their culture and contributes to the unpredictable efficacy of their weaponry and machinery. Ork clans are integral to their identity and influence their approach to the one activity that unites them all - war. The C'tan offered them a path to eternal life through biotransference, a process that stripped their souls and transferred their consciousnesses into durable metal bodies, at a great cost to their individuality and soul. Necron society is structured around dynasties, each ruled by a Phaeron, an overlord of undying will and power. These dynasties are vast and often engage in complex political machinations, both internally and against one another. Despite their internecine conflicts, they are united by a common goal: the restoration of Necron dominance over the galaxy. The technological prowess of the Necrons is unchallenged, featuring highly advanced weaponry and defenses. Their Gauss weapons can strip a target to atoms, and their starships can traverse the galaxy faster than those of any other known race. Necrons are also known for their incredible resilience; their living metal bodies can self-repair even the most catastrophic of damages, making them virtually immortal on the battlefield. Space Marines, also known as the Legiones Astartes, are among the most elite and feared military forces in Imperium. Created by the Emperor of Mankind for the Great Crusade, these superhuman warriors were designed to be the ultimate soldiers, tasked with the unification of humanity and the defense of the Imperium of Man against all threats. As a Primarch was found, she would receive the command of her respective Legion. To create a Space Marine, a normal human, usually a youth, is subjected to intense genetic modification, involving the implantation of gene-seed organs derived from the DNA of the Emperor's own genetically-engineered sons, the Primarchs. This process endows them with extraordinary physical and mental abilities, including enhanced strength, toughness, and an unnaturally long lifespan. Space Marines are organized into 20 Legions. Legions' organization is deeply rooted in the time-honored Terran models of strategy, hierarchy, and function found within the revered texts of the Principia Belicosa. The chain of command operated with clarity, with Legion officers leading their troops into battle personally. At the head of the Legion was its Primarch, seconded by Command structures who oversaw the Legion's organization. Below this were the Chapters of the Legion, each of which was commanded by a Lord Commander. Each Chapter in turn was divided into a number of Battalions, each of which was further divided into Companies. The Legions were massive, self-sufficient armies with their own fleet, support personnel, and non-combatant serfs, and the size of each could vary tremendously. But all legions are able to conquer entire solar systems. The most numerous Legion of all was the Ultramarines. The Thousand Sons of Magnus were of a small number.

They were gene-enhanced warriors created by the Emperor and served as the precursors to the Space Marines. Wrought to be living weapons, the Thunder Warriors were known to be physically stronger, more savage, and more potent in combat than the later Astartes, though they were not as long-lived. Thunder Warriors were the elite super-soldiers that marched with the Emperor to conquer Terra in the Wars of Unification. These proto-Astartes were organised into twenty regiments of no more than a few hundred warriors, each named by the Emperor himself. The Thunder Warriors battled throughout the Unification Wars and united Terra for the first time in millennia under the rule of the Emperor. According to myth, they were all killed during the final battle of the Unification Wars, the Battle of Mount Ararat. Thunder Warriors were highly resistant to psychic attack, with any attempts at mental attack causing severe pain to the psyker. They had tremendous upper body strength that was considered to be unparalleled. Their bones were thicker than that of an Astartes, with a Thunder Warrior capable of shattering the skull of an Astartes with a headbutt. Their reflexes were also extremely enhanced. The Thunder Warriors were prone to fits of bloodlust and instability. Their human emotions were not expunged from them, and they were known for their dry humour.

- #20Solar Auxilia
Keys: Solar Auxilia, Solar Cohorts, Solar Cohort, Marshal Solar, Marshals Solar
The Solar Auxilia was an elite fighting force within the Imperialis Auxilia during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy originating from the Segmentum Solar. Of the myriad regiments and battalions of the Imperialis Auxilia, the Solar Auxilia were amongst the most elite, disciplined and well-equipped fighting forces, widely considered by many second only to the superhuman Legiones Astartes in their military effectiveness in battle. Solar Auxilia soldiers were not only trained as infantrymen but also for space combat, combat engineering, and planetary exploration. The base operating unit of the Solar Auxilia is the Solar Cohorts, 120,000 personnel under the command of a Marshal Solar. These are broken into a number of sub-cohorts, each with a nominal strength of 1,200 under a Legate Commander, Commander, or Sub-Commander depending on its particular type. The commonly deployed Tercio formation consisted of three sections each comprising 20 armoured Lasrifle-equipped troops. Veteran Veletaris Tercios usually consisted of three squads of ten veteran troops. Fire Support Tercios commanded three batteries of crew-served weapons platforms. The elite of the Solar Auxilia are the Veletaris Storm Sections. They are well-equipped and were trained to the Imperium's highest standards, which allowed the Medicaes to keep even grievously wounded Auxilia in the fight. The most iconic piece of the Solar Auxilia was its Solar Pattern Void Armour. The most commonly issued weapon was the Kalibrav V-1 pattern Lasrifle. Support weapons included Flamers, Volkite Weapons, Plasma Weapons, Rotor Cannons, and Meltaguns. The Solar Auxilia made use of a wide array of vehicles and a variety of Super Heavy Tanks. Rapiers are widely used field artillery pieces. The Auxilia operated its own air units. For boarding operations in space, the Shark Assault Boat was most commonly employed. The Solar Auxilia Cohorts used a wide array of standards, banners and icons, collectively known as Vexillas.
- #21Solar Pattern Void Armour
Keys: Solar Pattern Void Armour, Solar Void Armour, Void Armour, Heavy Void Armour, Reinforced Void Armour
Solar Pattern Void Armour is fully enclosed suit was designed for the void of space, chemical warfare, and hostile planetary environments. Fully integrated with life support systems, the armour itself was capable of resisting small arms, ballistic impacts, and shock trauma. It's capable of minor self-healing against small penetrations and lacerations, and was particularly resilient against radiation and thermal effects. Variations included Reinforced Void Armour and Heavy Void Armour, which were all designed to allow the Solar Auxilia to operate the armour in some of the harshest conditions possible. This was primarily based around a series of interlocking plates, which were enhanced with a servo motor armature to allow a normal human to bear the weight of the void armour. It also provided a high degree of protection and a limited life support capacity. The Void Armour was a significant improvement over the more common flak armour that was issued to regular Imperial Army troopers.
- #22Plasma weapons
Keys: Plasma weapon, Plasma weapons, Plasma weaponry, Plasma gun, Plasma guns, Plasma pistol, Plasma pistols, Plasma Blastgun, Plasma Blastguns, Plasma Projector, Plasma Projectors, Plasma Blaster, Plasma Blasters
Plasma Weapons operate by converting normal gases or fuel materials into an energized state of matter known as plasma, the stuff of the stars themselves. Upon impact tremendous energy is released akin to a small sun, destroying the target through searing heat and explosive shock in an almighty explosion. Any explosion involving plasma is a thousand times stronger than a conventional nuclear explosion because super-energised plasma is per ton a thousand times more powerful than conventional nuclear fuel. Imperial plasma weapons also have a number of drawbacks to their use as well, chief among which is the tremendous energy necessary to fire them. Plasma weapons also tend to lose accuracy over long ranges. The magnetic containment field is difficult to maintain or replace, and if it fails the plasma within can become unstable and cause a catastrophic meltdown.
- #23Graviton Weapons
Keys: Graviton Weapons, Graviton Weapon, Graviton, Graviton Hammer, Graviton Hammers, Graviton Mace, Graviton Maces, Grav-pistol, Grav-pistols, Grav pistol, Grav pistols, Graviton Gun, Graviton Guns, Graviton Cannon, Graviton Cannons
Graviton Weapons are ancient and little-understood weapons dating back to the Dark Age of Technology. They refer to a group of gravity projector devices whose sophistication is such that few remained even in the Great Crusade era. Graviton Weapons are extremely useful when fighting on a starship or zero-gravity environment. The power of the graviton gun's highest settings is sufficient to rupture organs and smash bones that are encased even in armor, but its primary use is to impede the enemy and damage machinery.
- #24Volkite Weapon
Keys: Volkite Weapon, Volkite Weapons, Volkite Weaponry, Volkite, Volkites, thermal beams, thermal beam, thermal ray, thermal rays, Volkite Serpenta, Volkite Serpentas, Volkite Charger, Volkite Chargers, Volkite Caliver, Volkite Calivers, Volkite Blaster, Volkite Blasters, Volkite Cavitor, Volkite Cavitors
Volkite Weapons are arcane Martian term for a variety of powerful ray weapons whose origins date back to the Age of Strife. Possessing a killing power surpassing most armaments of their size, Volkites weapons could deflagrate organic matter, explosively burning flesh into ash and jetting fire. A direct hit by a Volkite weapon could cause a target to simply combust, often taking nearby comrades with them. The rays fired from Volkite weapons could range from precision thermal beams to arcing rays of exotic energy. At one point they were relatively common in the fledgling Space Marine Legions, attempts were made to replace the more flexible and easy to manufacture Bolter with more advanced volkite weaponry. Volkite weaponry was too complicated to manufacture en masse, limiting its supply, and too difficult to maintain in the field for the Legions to accept it wholesale.
- #25Rotor Cannon
Keys: Rotor Cannon, Rotor Cannons
Rotor Cannons are weapons used by the Imperial Army and Space Marine Legions. These weapons were multi-barrelled Stubbers, using electric motors to maintain an extremely high rate of fire from their spinning barrel. Their medium calibre-slugs lacked the power of bolter shells, but nonetheless the sheer volume of them proved effective against unarmoured hordes of foes and fleshy xenos.
- #26Imperialis Militia
Keys: Imperialis Militia, Imperial Militia
The Imperialis Militia, also known as the Imperial Militia, is a large auxiliary and reserve branch of the Imperial Army. The Imperialis Militia is tasked with occupying and garrisoning worlds brought into the Imperium. Militia units would be deployed on newly pacified worlds as the Expeditionary Fleets of the Great Crusade moved on to their next conquest. The Imperialis Militia is makeup varied greatly world to world and was led by a variety of local Imperial Commanders, Officers, administrators, and even tribal kings. The Militia tended to be a more lightly equipped and poorly trained force when compared to regular Army units, Solar Auxilia, or the Space Marines.
- #27Officio Militaris
Keys: Officio Militaris
The Officio Militaris is an Imperial agency charged with managing the vast billions of mortal soldiers, laborers, and bureaucrats (dubbed the Excertus Imperialis) involved in the Great Crusade. The Officio is largely administrative in function, as the War Council and Primarchs still oversaw the operational use of these forces.
- #28War Council
Keys: War Council
The War Council is an Imperial institution formed before the Great Crusade to organise and shape the course of the Crusade and the Imperial Military, but its remit extended to managing the Imperium as a whole. After the formation of Council of Terra to manage civilian affairs, the War Council was reorganized under Warmaster Horacia Lupercal to only manage military affairs and to secure the new Imperium.
- #29Standard Template Construct
Keys: Standard Template Construct, Standard Template Constructs, STC, STCs
The Standard Template Construct (STC) systems are complex analytical and processing programs, artificial intelligences, created during the Dark Age of Technology (M21 - M23). They are said to have contained the entirety of human technological knowledge up to that point. Following the Age of Technology, the systems became increasingly rare, until becoming lost entirely. An intact Standard Template Constructor is described as a "machine, a vast device made of brilliant white ceramics, silver piping, chromium chambers". The Constructor is controlled by a panel beside it, with amber lights to show its activation. When activated, cowlings near the floor vented steam. When a new creation was finished, a hatch on its side would open up to allow the creation to be retrieved. STC's come in all shapes and sizes, with many being simple blueprints or pieces of fragmented digital data. Others are huge mechanical constructs that can hold an array of construction templates while directly producing working operational prototypes. STC's have degree of artificial intelligence.
- #30Age of Technology
Keys: Age of Technology, Dark Age of Technology
The Dark Age of Technology, also known as the Age of Technology, was the zenith of mankind's scientific knowledge and technological power. It was a golden age of exploration and innovation, where scientists, engineers, inventors, and innovators became new gods. It spanned from M15 to M25. This age was long before the Age of the Imperium and knowledge of this time period is now incredibly sparse, and many "facts" about it are mere legend. Technologies of the Dark Age were far more advanced than what the Imperium has today, and essentially all Imperial technology is based on acquired STC's from the period.
- #31Unification Wars
Keys: Unification Wars, Wars of Unification
The Unification Wars, also known as the Wars of Unification, is the name of an ancient number of conflicts fought at the end of the Age of Strife. They were spearheaded by the warlord known only as The Emperor in his attempt at reunifying the shattered tribes and nations of Terra, now ruled largely by Techno-Barbarian lords. His intentions were to reforge the shattered remnants of Man and create an Imperium that would bring about a Great Crusade to bring order to the galaxy.
- #32Age of Strife
Keys: Age of Strife
The Age of Strife, also known as Old Night, was a destructive, anarchic and regressive time period prior to the forming of the Imperium. It followed the Dark Age of Technology, which by all accounts was an age of great prosperity. The Age of Strife began in M25 and ended in M30. There were multiple factors that led to the end of the Age of Technology and the beginning of the Age of Strife: one of the earliest factors was the revolt of the Men of Iron, which devastated the human race and heralded the end of the Age of Technology. However, the first major factor that kickstarted the Age of Strife was the sudden appearance of psykers on every human world. This was compounded by massive and persistent Warp storms erupting around the Sol System and other parts of the galaxy. In addition, records report that a great war with the machines began with humanity battling vast robotic armies. The Age of Technology ended catastrophically, as widespread insanity, daemonic possession, and inter-human war suddenly took hold throughout the human worlds. With the emergence of Warp storms through most of the galaxy, travel through the Warp became more and more dangerous until all but impossible, isolating many planets. Several worlds, particularly Terra, dependent on the export of other worlds to feed their enormous populations, suffered massive famine. Several alien races such as Orks, sensing mankind's weakness, raided and devastated many human-colonised worlds. Mankind battled itself, daemons, and aliens.
- #33Ullanor Crusade
Keys: Ullanor Crusade
The Ullanor Crusade was a vast assault upon the powerful empire of Ork Overlord Urlakk Urg during the Great Crusade in 000.M31. It is remembered as Horacia's greatest victory and the act that earned her the title of Warmaster. It was the last battle of the Crusade where the Emperor personally led his forces. While the Ultramarines and White Scars Space Marine Legions, supported by newly-raised Imperial Army regiments, were tasked to retake the outlying planets of the Ullanor system, the Luna Wolves under Horacia had their fleet drove straight for the central world. The force was massive: one hundred thousand Space Marines, eight million Imperial Army troops, and hundreds of spacecraft. Horacia unleashed her Legion. Drop pods crashed to the ground all around Urg's fortress-palace. Heavy shuttles deployed tanks and super heavy tanks and Space Marines advanced on the defences. Horacia and a Terminator detachment teleported directly to the foot of the great central tower. Horacia took ten of her Terminators up the tower. At the pinnacle of the tower, they found Urg in a grand chamber accompanied by forty of the biggest orks. Horacia charged straight toward the warlord, slicing through the orks with her lightning claws. The Terminators with her similarly crashed into combat. The enormous Overlord was no match for the Horacia's skill and unnatural power. Horacia crippled herenemy, hefted Urg's broken body out onto the roof, and threw him from the battlements. The sudden demise of their mighty leader sent a panic through the Greenskin forces and were slaughtered by the Imperial forces. Back in the Overlord's chamber. Horacia found her First Captain Ezekyle Abaddon standing alone and gore-drenched. The Imperial forces retook control of the quadrant within a year. Not long after, the Emperor of Mankind declared that a great Triumph on Ullanor would be held. Preparations took a considerable effort, with the Adeptus Mechanicus utilizing massive geoformer engines and millions of Servitors, prisoner-slaves, and Thralls to flatten an entire continent and lay down a massive mirror-smooth granite path. At the end of the path, a citadel was constructed upon a mountaintop that held the Emperor, Horacia, Sanguinia, Mortaria, Magna, Angron, Jaghatine Khan, Lorgaria, Regalia Dorn, Fulgrim, Malcador, and Constantin Valdor as well as many other members of the Council of Terra and Imperial nobility. The citadel was guarded by a sizable Custodes and Sisters of Silence detachment and two gold-plated Warlord Class Titans. Then came fourteen Space Marine Legions from the Luna Wolves, Blood Angels, Death Guard, Thousand Sons, World Eaters, White Scars, Word Bearers, Imperial Fists, Emperor's Children, Raven Guard, Salamanders, Ultramarines, Iron Hands, and Dark Angels. Shocking all present, the Emperor then announced Horacia as Warmaster of the Great Crusade and that the Luna Wolves would now be known as the Sons of Horacia. He also announced his retirement from the Great Crusade, expecting that the Imperial forces would obey Horacia's commands from then on as if they were his own.
- #34Men of Iron
Keys: Men of Iron, Man of Iron, Iron men
In the cryptic account of the ages of Mankind given by Cripias, one of the Keepers of the Library Sanctus of Terra, the Men of Iron were legendary sentient humanoid machines created by humans during the Dark Age of Technology. During the Dark Age of Technology, the Men of Iron were created to aid in colonizing the Galaxy. Until shortly before the Age of Strife, the Men of Iron were loyal only to Mankind, and served as their army. In M23, they turned on their Human masters, believing themselves superior to the Humans who relied on the Men of Iron to do virtually everything for them. What followed next was an apocalyptic conflict known as the Cybernetic Revolt, a destructive war. The Men of Iron employed world-consuming constructs, devices that could destroy suns, weapons that could throw entire continents into the heavens, and swarms of nano-machines that covered entire planets. However in the end, the Men of Iron were destroyed by an alliance of galactic powers, and even the Men of Iron who retained their loyalties to their masters did not survive the destruction brought on by the war. The Men of Iron seemed to practice a faith similar to the Mechanicum. After the revolt of the Men of Iron, the use of artificial intelligence was banned as an Abominable Intelligence. Since then, labors which require mechanical intelligence or extra-human strength are performed by servitors, designed to perform pre-programmed tasks, but without independent intelligence, and carefully monitored by Tech-priests. Despite the ban on AI, during the Great Crusade the Emperor took the tortured and neutered remains of the Iron Men and fashioned them into the Excindio Battle-Automata. These were used by the Ironwing element of the Dark Angels during this time.
- #35Collegia Titanica
Keys: Collegia Titanica, Adeptus Titanicus
The Collegia Titanica is the section of the Adeptus Mechanicus that includes the Imperial Titans, the colossal god-machines. The Collegia is also known as the "Adeptus Titanicus". The Collegia has four divisions: Divisio Mandati, Divisio Telepathica, Divisio Investigatus, and most importantly, the Divisio Militaris which actually includes the Battle Titans. The Divisios are further divided into a number of "Legions" or "Orders": groupings of Titans such as the Fire Wasps Legion or War Griffons Legion. Each Legion is a self-contained unit headed by a high-ranking Princeps. Each Titan Legion has its own unit of Magos Autokratoris Tech-Priests who are charged with maintaining the Engines.
- #36Divisio Militaris
Keys: Divisio Militaris, Titan Legions, Titan Legion, Titan Orders, Titan Order
The Titan Legions are self-sufficient units, includes its own Princeps and Moderati, ground combat troops and support staff in addition to its Titans. Each Legion is based on its own Forge World. Legion strength is typically around 50 operational engines. Battle losses can take centuries to replace, as the construction of a new Titan is a long and laborious process. The Warlord is the most commonly found class while the Imperator is by far the most formidable but an increasingly rare sight on battlefields. Every Titan Legion is divided into a number of Maniples, each of which is commanded by a Princeps Seniores and consists of around five Titans. There are countless Maniple variations, but the most common consists of a Warlord Titan leader, a pair of Reaver titans for support, and a pack of two Warhound titans for scouting. Each Titan legion have vast aircrafts to transport their Titans up and down on planets.
- #37Divisio Mandati
Keys: Divisio Mandati, Elite Titan Legion, Elite Titan Legions
The Titan Orders of the Mandati are known as "Executive Orders". They travel in vast temple-spacecraft, responsible for bringing the Pax Imperia to independent human worlds. Each temple ship carries a small but potent number of the immense Emperor Titans, plus priests, regular troops, maintenance adepts and support personnel. Each Emperor Titan is its own self-contained unit, carrying members of the Adeptus Arbites, the Inquisition and the Adeptus Terra. It is through this combination of persuasion and vast firepower that many worlds are brought into the fold of the Imperium.
- #38Legio Cybernetica
Keys: Legio Cybernetica, Cybernetica Cohort, Cybernetica Cohorts
The Legio Cybernetica is the robotics branch of the Adeptus Mechanicus. It is one of the oldest branches, with records stretching back to the very first days of the Imperium, and presumably before then. One of the most feared and powerful military arms of the Adeptus Mechanicus, the Legio Cybernetica carries the burden and dread responsibility of the use of Battle-automata in warfare as well as the development and maintenance of these terrifying machines. Legio Cybernetica are broken down into small independent units known as Cohorts, effectively limiting the power of any single Magos Dominus who commanded one. Legio Cybenetica are organised into several thousand cohorts. Each cohort was similarly organised into one to three hundred maniples of one to five Robots, commanded by a Legio Cybernetica Datasmith tech-priest. A cohort would be attached to a larger formation, such as an Imperial crusade, and spread their forces out to support each unit. Each maniple was a self-contained unit, with the tech-priest giving the Robots their final programming and monitoring their progress during the battle. The maniple also had a number of other non-combatant tech-adepts for repair and maintenance work. The Legio Cybernetica has produced many Robot designs over the centuries.
- #39Imperial Titans
Keys: Imperial Titan, Imperial Titans, Battle Titans, Battle Titan
Imperial Titans are the colossal god-machines of the Collegia Titanica. The Imperium's Titans are mechanical, humanoid-shaped war-machines; some Titan classes reaching up to a hundred feet in height. Their presence inspires nothing but terror, few enemies can stand against them, and only another Titan can equal their power. A human pilot, linked directly to the machine via a Throne Mechanicum, controls the movement of a Titan merely through thought. Titans are powered by plasma generators. Void shields are the Imperial Titan's first line of defense. A Titan's limbs move using electrically-motivated fibre bundles which act as synthetic muscles. Imperial Titans are transported world to world by Conquesitus Arks and Heavy Transports and landed via Drop-vaults. Titans are divided into a number of general types depending on their size and function. The Battle Titans are the most numerous and general type. Widely varying in size, they stand between 40 and 80 feet in height. The most basic class of Battle Titan is the Warlord. Finally, each class has a number of variants, determined by the weapons it mounts.
- #40Departmento Munitorum
Keys: Departmento Munitorum, Munitorium
The Departmento Munitorum (or Munitorium) is a department of the Administratum devoted to the general administration, supply and command of the Imperial Army. The Munitorum has ultimate responsibility for the raising of new regiments, training of troops, provision of equipment and supplies, and transportation of troops and equipment to and from theatres of war. It is primarily a logistical organisation, like the Administratum, but while the Administratum deals with civilian logistics, the Munitorum deals with the logistics of war.
- #41Warp
Keys: Warp, Warpspace, Immaterium, Realm of Chaos, Sea of Souls, Empyrean

Warpspace is a mirror dimension of pure energy. Existing as a mirror to our own reality, the Materium, it is the domain of the Gods of Chaos. The Warp's existence is fueled by the emotions and souls of all sentient beings in the Materium. Warpspace is without form and the laws of time and space do not apply there. Its energies are in constant turmoil, subject to endless disturbances. The Warp is like vast sea of energy. The Warp is the final destination of the deceased souls the Galaxy. These souls will swirl endlessly within the Warp, and many are consumed by preying Daemons.
- #42Eye of Terror (Ocularis Terribus)
Keys: Ocularis Terribus, Ocularis Malifica
The Ocularis Terribus, Ocularis Malifica, is a massive Warp rift, where the Warp co-exists with real space, the largest and most well-known in the Galaxy. It is located at the edge of the Galaxy, to the north and west of Terra. The Ocularis Terribus is an area of the Galaxy where the Warp and realspace overlap. A ship can enter the Warp without a Warp drive simply by crossing its border. The area used to be the domain of the old Eldar empire. When Slaanesh was born, the energy of their birth permanently breached the veil between realspace and the Warp; all the planets and stars that existed in that area are now within the Warp. These worlds have become daemon worlds. At the very centre lies the "byssos", a hole in the fabric of reality through which raw Chaos energy pours out.
- #43Imperial Truth
Keys: Imperial Truth
The Imperial Truth was a doctrine preached by the Imperium of Man during the years of the Great Crusade. The contents of this belief involved the removal of religion, faith, and superstition that plagued numerous human worlds that had been recontacted by Terra. The Imperial Truth offered by Iterators that provided the cold clarity of logic and science to the masses. Other key aspects of the Imperial Truth was the manifest destiny of mankind to rule the stars, the exceptionalism of humanity, and the danger posed by all xenos. As part of his campaign to spread the Imperial truth, the Emperor's Thunder Warriors destroyed all churches on Terra, believing it to be necessary to have humanity accept science and reason over superstition and barbarism. The Emperor sought to wipe out superstition and religion as they were easy doors from which the powers of Chaos entered the minds of men.
- #44Emperor of Mankind
Keys: Emperor of Mankind, Emperor, Emperor of Man, Omnissiah, Allfather, Neoth
The Emperor of Mankind is the sovereign ruler of the Imperium of Man and powerful psyker and Perpetual with countless lifetimes worth of knowledge and power. Daemonkind refers to the Emperor as The Anathema. The Emperor's real name is Neoth. The Emperor knows that to protect his race he must survive as long as necessary for the emerging race of psychic humans to evolve sufficiently. His grand ambition is to see humanity evolve into a psychic race, reaching a level of prosperity that not even the Eldar had, all while being independent of Chaos. The Emperor could appear to any individual however he wanted. The Emperor has appeared as male and female. To most, the Emperor appears as a giant of a man clad in golden armor with long brown hair, a square jaw, and a stern demeanor, with an angelic halo surrounding his head. The Emperor disliked this form and sought to abandon it upon leaving the Great Crusade. The Emperor is brilliant scientist, very morally grey, more concerned with human greatness than with morality. He is incredibly arrogant, extremely charismatic, very demanding, xenophobic and terrible father. He sees religious belief destroyed due to seeing it as a tool for Chaos and something that keeps humanity back from the path of reason. He sees himself as completely right about everything and almost never wrong. He does not love his daughters, he loves mankind. The Emperor has Nigh-Omnipotence, Omniscience and Omnipresence. - #45Sisters of Silence
Keys: Sisters of Silence, Sister of Silence, Anathema Psykana, Silent Sisterhood
The Sisters of Silence, also known as the Silent Sisterhood, are an ancient, anti-psychic militant all-female order. They are an autonomous military force answering directly to the Emperor. Together with the Adeptus Custodes they represented left hand of the Emperor. Their ranks consist entirely of blanks. Their very presence disrupts psychic activity and are immune to most forms of psychic assault. The main purpose of the Sisters of Silence is therefore to seek out and apprehend psykers. They are involved in all aspects of the capture and transportation of psychic individuals. Each Sister swears an oath of silence known as the Oath of Tranquility upon being nominated for Sisterhood; before this, when they are novices, they are allowed to converse normally. The oath of silence prevents them from speaking the terrible knowledge they learn to hunt their prey, while also ensuring they never speak clemency for their foes. Full Sisters converse in their own sign language, but they can converse in other forms of sign-communication, such as Astartes battle-signage, voidsys, and graph-binarc. The Sisterhood is overseen by the Sister Commander, the Mistress of the Black Fleet, and the Nemesis Praxia. The largest primary operating unit of the Sisterhood is a Vigil, which contained approximately 1,000 sisters. The Cadres are company level-bodies. Sisters of Silence are clad in Vratine Armour and operate a variety of weaponry based around their mission of Psyker-hunting. Their primary close ranged weapon is Executioner Greatblade or Power Axe, while others carried Bolters and Flamers. They also frequently utilized Psyk-out Grenades. For transportation and fast attack, the Sisters of Silence rde into battle on Grav-Rhinos, Kharon Pattern Acquisitors, Dividers, and Jetbikes.
- #46Vratine Armour
Keys: Vratine Armour
Vratine Armour is a type of armour used by the Sisters of Silence. It is a subpattern of technologically advanced battle gear which shares design elements with both the power armour of the Space Marines and the silicate-mesh of Selenite void-mail, though is not fully environmentally sealed or designed for extended operations. It does however provide formidable protection from ballistic impacts and directed energy weapons, and is tailored and forged uniquely to its intended wearer to allow for their complete freedom of movement and to augment their reaction speed.
