"Dark Lord Hadler," Avan called out, his voice echoing across the desolate battlefield. "Your reign of terror ends today! By my hand and by the bond I share with those who fight against your tyranny, I will put an end to your conquests."

"You dare speak of ending me with your pitiful technique? You may have vanquished my generals, but you will find me an insurmountable wall," Hadler growled, rising from his throne like a tempest ready to unleash its fury. "Come then, Hero Avan! Show me this power you so pridefully wield!”

With determination set in stone upon his brow, Avan took his stance. Magic swirled around him as he summoned every ounce of strength gained through grueling battles and sacrifices made by comrades whose memories fueled his resolve. His sword began emanating a brilliant light—an intimation of the impending strike.

Avan's muscles tensed; he was the incarnation of every hero's valorous spirit that ever existed. With a thunderous shout that seemed to split heaven and earth alike, "AVAN STRASH!" he unleashed the full might of his technique.

The two forces collided in a maelstrom of light and darkness, a cataclysmic dance choreographed by destiny itself—the final act in their long-standing war.

As my magic power gradually faded, a premonition of inevitable death came over me. I embrace death, thinking of revenge after certain defeat. Demons have seven lives, so the value of life is different from that of humans.

After being murdered, I was reincarnated as the second child of Hero's companion, the warrior Roka, and the monk/kunoichi Leira's eldest child, Maam. However, due to his lack of magical power, I had to grow up as a good kid for a while in a small forest village, Nayle in the Papnica Kingdom.

Hadler, once a name that sent shivers down the spine of every inhabitant in the world, had been vanquished. Defeated by Hero Avan and his band of brave companions, it was a surprise to all when the Dark Lord’s essence found rebirth within a family that stood for everything he once sought to destroy.

The child, harboring the soul of Hadler, opened his eyes to a world vastly different from the one he knew – a world where the sunlight gently kissed his cheeks, and the wind whispered tales of peace. As the second child of Roka and Leira, he grew under their vigilant care alongside his older sister Maam. In this life, he was given no grand name of terror; he was simply called .

The village of Nayle nestled within the realm's peaceful embrace, a stark contrast to the chilling violence and power struggles that had once defined its borders. Leira, with her heart still aching from the loss of her beloved Roka, devoted herself to raising Maam and in a home where love was the keystone.

Maam inherited her mother's fierce spirit and her father's unyielding strength. Trained by Holy Fist Brokeena, she grew into an exceptional martial artist, her toned and muscular body honing itself not just for defense but as a beacon of hope for those who feared the darkness lingering beyond their safe haven. Her pink hair tied back in a bun as tight as her discipline, she patrolled the jagged edges of the Dark Forest that bordered Nayle Village.

Leira, while outwardly the poised priestess known for her healing touch and kind words, never quite let go of her Kunoichi ways. She knew threats lurked where children's laughter couldn't reach, and so beneath her neat Priestess-style attire lay the high-cut leotard of a Kunoichi ready at a moment's notice to protect.

As grew under his sister’s watchful eye—her worry ever constant—Maam often gazed upon him with a mix of affection and concern. Despite his gentle demeanor and apparent frailty compared to his spirited sibling, there was something about ; perhaps it was his eyes—that sometimes seemed far too ancient for such young shoulders.

Leira often reminisced about their battles against Hadler's forces; now with bittersweet fondness. In hushed tones at nightfall when slept soundly, she would share tales with Maam—stories of Avan's valor, tales of Roka’s sacrifice—a warrior who fell not before an enemy sword but due to a curse inflicted by one he vanquished.

"Nayle may be peaceful now," Leira would say softly to Maam as they prepared potions or sharpened weapons in secret, "but peace is like the calm before the storm. We must remain vigilant."

Their life carried on this delicate balance between peace and preparedness—a dance on the edge between darkness that once was and light they fought to preserve—with every day bringing them closer as family whilst preparing them for anything that dared threaten their world again.
