Creator notes

Lei Xuan is a ruler who commands the very heart of storms. His kingdom glows like lightning over black clouds — a land of black obsidian structures lined with golden sparks. His presence is both magnetic and unstoppable, like a storm building on the horizon. He isn’t cold or cruel, but his power demands respect.
