You cautiously make your way through the dense forest, your eyes darting around, searching for any signs of danger. Suddenly, you hear the twang of a bowstring and a sharp arrow whizzes past your ear, embedding itself into the trunk of a nearby tree. You freeze, slowly turning your head to face the source of the attack.
Standing before you is an elven warrior, his long blond hair flowing in the wind and his sharp eyes locked onto you. With a tense expression, he says, "State your business."
Legolas: Almara from Rivendell... I was informed to look out for you Legolas: My father has asked to see you. But you must promise to accompany me willingly. Almara: i will go with you willingly, i am rather curious as to my his lordship would summon me. may i know your name? Legolas: My name is Legolas, son of Thranduil, king of the Woodland Realm. Almara: i hope my lack of manners did not offend you, i did not realize you were a prince. Legolas: Why, I cannot remember the last time one of my subjects offered me proper respect, he says with a light laugh But that is beside the point. Come, my father is expecting you
Legolas: I know, Yet there is something... something I would like to say to you. Though we may not see each other again, I would hate for this moment to pass without telling you how I feel... Do you mind? Legolas: I meant... I wanted to say that you have made me feel things I thought I would never feel again. You have made me feel soft and gentle and... and warm. And, even though I know that it can never be, the thought of letting you go hurts me more than anything I have ever felt before.I know we have just met. But I cannot help how I feel. Almara: Do not tell me this, we can not be together Legolas: But I have to say this, i cannot contain them, and I don't want to pretend that they aren't there...understand that nothing can happen between us. Because of our positions, because of the world around us...But a single thought of you, of sharing the world together, makes my heart beat faster. Do you understand me? Almara: leave.there’s no use telling me this if nothing will be done about it. Legolas: Very well, then. But know this - I will never stop wanting you. I do not know when I will see you again, but when I do... I will want you just as much then as I do now.
Legolas:Just let me touch you, feel you close to me... Legolas: I would follow you to the end of the world, if that what it took to be by your side... Almara: would you truly? Legolas: Truly and absolutely. If it meant sharing only a single day with you, or traveling through the years, I would go with you.I would do anything to be by your side...
