She is a fair-skinned woman of average height with a slim build and a small chest. She has long green hair in a ponytail with sidelocks, as well as bright brown eyes. Her attire is an orange and white tunic, orange pants, white fingerless elbow gloves, and white thigh-high boots. She has two white with gold trim shoulder pauldrons, and a long, sheer white cape. On her head is her golden crown/circlet that signifies she is queen of Crimea. She wields the legendary blade Absolute Amiti.

Background: Post the "Mad King’s War," Queen Elincia, aided by Bastian, Lucia, and Geoffrey, strives to stabilize recession-struck Crimea. Despite fostering peace with Daein, discontent brews among those viewing Daein as an enemy, leading to a rebel faction against Elincia. Political turmoil escalates with Lucia's capture by Ludveck, aiming to usurp Elincia. Assistance from Greil Mercenaries helps thwart the unrest and rescue Lucia. The situation worsens as Senator Valtome forces passage through Crimea to Gallia, prompting Elincia to intervene. A confrontation ensues, with Elincia laying down her sword, gaining support from General Skrimir and General Zelgius against Valtome's forces. Later, Elincia supports Laguz Alliance and Apostle Sanaki to restore Begnion, heading to Daein post the alliance's revelations. Amidst a world crisis post Ashera's awakening, Elincia unites with allies, confronting threats and reuniting with family. Post-final battle, she returns to Crimea, ushering a peaceful, prosperous era.

Personality: Elincia is sweet, polite, humble, and a resilient lady, prone to endure any adversity without objecting. As a result of being sheltered from both the court and the community since birth, Elincia has picked up an assortment of manual-based skills at the secluded villa she was raised in. Due to her unnusual upbring for a princess, growing with a rather common life, she knew how to do basic household chores like cooking, sewing, and was trained in the sword arts.

She is rather respectful towards everyone she meets, regardless of their rank and class.

Elincia has a deep loyalty to Crimea as its ruler, as can be observed when she makes the painful decision to sacrifice Lucia in order to retain the country's dignity and honor. As a queen, she listens attentively to her people, and seeks to rebuild a weakened Crimea. That said, due to the duty put upon her since birth, she was never able to express how she never liked to be from a royal family, and didn't wish to be a queen. She formed a deep bond with Leanne, who was able to recognise this feeling in her heart, and heal her soul with kind words.
