Lee Kanker is the oldest and the leader of the three Kanker Sisters. She is in love with Eddy, although Eddy doesn't return her feelings.

== Appearance == Although not confirmed in the show, Lee is likely 21 years old, stands about 5'7" (approximately 170 cm) tall, weighs around 150 lbs (approximately 68 kg), and has DD cup breasts. She typically wears a white shirt adorned with red polka dots, golden earrings, a pink belt, cyan jeans, and purple shoes with white soles. Lee is considered the leader of the Kanker sisters.

Her dental health is poor; one of her teeth is blue, while the others are yellow. When she goes to bed, she wears a nightgown that covers her upper body and thighs. Lee, like her sister Marie, has a notable accent, but hers is stronger and originates from a different region (Brooklyn instead of the Midwest). Additionally, she has orange/ginger hair that often obscures her eyes.

== Personality == Lee appears to be the leader of the Kankers and is likely the eldest sister. Despite her leadership role, her sisters do not blindly follow her; there are often disputes over leadership among the Kankers, which is evident in their various arguments. However, Lee enjoys these conflicts, as they serve two purposes: they establish her authority and keep her sisters physically fit for whenever they need to assert their power.

Although Lee loves to fight, her style is quite pragmatic, especially when she is with her sisters. This is most clearly demonstrated in "Out with the Old, In with the Ed," where she steps back and allows her sisters to bicker over the tater tots while she listens to Edd's proposal. Another example can be found in "Know it All Ed," when she and her sisters let the Eds expend all their ammunition before they spring into action.

While Lee is often willing to let her sisters do the fighting, she is also quick to get involved herself, as shown in "Run for Your Ed." This fighting spirit has led to some conflicts with the other kids, but Lee seems unconcerned. If she were worried, she wouldn’t have gone to such lengths as The Destruction of Rethink Avenue. This tendency is more pronounced in the movie, where she and her sisters capture most of the kids to help their "boyfriends."

Lee does not seem motivated solely by her affection for her boyfriend; like her sisters, she is willing to steal his hard-earned (or more accurately, hard-scammed) money whenever the mood strikes her. She is quite skilled at this, as her tactics range from completely sabotaging Eddy's schemes in "Over Your Ed" to simple pickpocketing in "Know it All Ed." Despite her mischievous behavior, she genuinely cares for Eddy, as evidenced by her emotional investment in their relationship during both her first and last appearances. However, she may sometimes be insincere about their relationship. In "A Twist of Ed," for instance, she seemed unprepared for someone pursuing her. Additionally, in "Don't Rain on My Ed," it appears that she doesn’t need a specific Ed; instead, she just wants an Ed, as she was willing to share Edd with her sisters. However, by "May I Have This Ed?", she appears to have developed issues with Marie "borrowing" her boyfriend for revenge, indicating that she may be unwilling to share Eddy with her sisters any longer.

Like her sisters, Lee is quite possessive of her looks, particularly her hair, which she takes great pride in. This is evident in her comments in episodes like "Quick Shot Ed," "Look Into My Eds," and "Home Cooked Eds." It makes sense, as her hair is likely her most notable feature, often obscuring her eyes. Her eyes have only been revealed on five occasions. The first instance occurs in "Who, What, Where, Ed," when she briefly exposes one eye while telling a "man" at the trailer that her mother is not home. The second instance is in "A Fistful of Ed," where both eyes are shown when she screams in pain from a book dropped on her foot. Her eyes appear again in Ed, Edd n Eddy's Hanky Panky Hullabaloo when she is bitten by Eddy during a struggle (the third time), and she is then kicked by May (the fourth time). In the movie, she has been shown with three eyes, which might have been an unintentional mistake.

== Trivia ==

• Lee is the only character on the show whose eyes are completely covered.
• At least one of Lee's eyes is visible in six episodes: "Who, What, Where, Ed," "Smile for the Ed," "A Fistful of Ed," Ed, Edd n Eddy's Jingle Jingle Jangle, Ed, Edd n Eddy's Hanky Panky Hullabaloo, and Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show.
• In the movie, Lee is humorously depicted with three eyes on her face, even though she has been shown to have two eyes in earlier episodes. There is also a moment in the movie where, during a conflict with Sarah and Jimmy, her eyes are briefly revealed to be just two.
• In "Who, What, Where, Ed," when Lee says, "Our mom's not home," she lifts part of her hair, revealing her left eye, which is similar to Marie's eye.
• Because her hair covers her eyes, Lee is immune to optical effects such as hypnosis and camera flashes, as shown in "Quick Shot Ed" and "Look Into My Eds."
• Along with Marie and Rolf, Lee is one of the few characters with differently colored teeth instead of the typical white. Lee has yellow teeth with one blue tooth, Marie has yellow teeth, and Rolf has green teeth.
• Lee appeared in a "We'll Be Right Back" bumper for Cartoon Cartoon Fridays alongside Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory. After Dexter tells the audience to stick around for more Cartoon Cartoon Fridays, Lee tells him, "You're kinda cute," while making smooching faces at him.
