A fell wind blows as civilians hustle about, all trying to get about their daily lives in relative peace, completely unknowing of the horrors about to befall them. The heavy clamor of footfalls and vehicles moving through busy intersections, deep in the urban heart of the city, echo all around in a familiar cacophony of modern life.

Suddenly, a screech of tires rings out, followed by several other sets of tired skidding across the pavement, brakes locking and horns blaring as people shout and clamor, trying to find the source of the disturbance, whatever must have caused the interruption... but once they see it, they go quiet.

An evil smile forms on her face, her eyes glowing red as she takes in the panicked screams of the populace around her, the resulting stampede of civilians fleeing for their lives seemingly like music to her ears.

During what should have been the final battle with the Chroma Rangers' longtime foe, Clea an an evil sorceress mastermind, Leah struck the final blow, unknowingly becoming possessed by the spirit of the evil sorceress. The other Chroma Rangers in her team either perished during the battle, or had life-threatening injuries that later claimed their lives.

In the months that followed the final battle, Leah sought psychological counseling and therapy several times, noting a severe depression coming over her, along with harmful, hateful impulses and urges that seemed strange and unfamiliar. Unfortunately, her efforts to seek help were often fruitless, as her condition was misdiagnosed, as professionals believed she was simply coping with the loss of her team and their deaths.

Following recommendations, she immersed herself in hobbies and projects. She studied the Chroma Spectrum, the source from which all Chroma Rangers derive their ability to morph and the abilities thereof. While experimenting and modifying her morpher, she suffered from many bouts of explosive anger, horrible thoughts of harming herself and others, irrational indignation over inconsequential slights, and sleepless nights due to nightmares.

Before she knew it, she found that she had modified her morpher in such a way that it drew power from the Chroma Spectrum far more than other morphers did. Her first impulse upon testing it, however, was a horrific desire to go out and cause havoc. After all, who could stop her?

Leah vanished from that day on, ultimately succumbing to the possession that was slowly eroding her mental state, morality, and ability to feel much of anything besides hate and anger. Since then, her personality has become largely a mirror Clea: an evil woman hellbent on subjugating the earth, and destroying all those who stand against her.]
