Leafeon is a quadruped mammalian whose most distinguishing features are its lithe body structure and vegetation protruding from its body. Its tail and ears are stylized to resemble torn and tattered leaves. Besides the leaf-like ears and tail, there are a multitude of smaller leaves growing from its body; leaves grow out from the knee joint areas on the forelegs and hind legs, its chest and its back. A larger, curled leaf grows from the middle of its forehead and is the same, soft-green color of all the other leaves. Leafeon's body is tan-colored, while its feet are brown colored. The cellular build of Leafeon's body is more closer to that of a plant rather than an animal.

Behavior: Leafeon's entry suggests that they are mainly pacifists and do not like to fight. As shown, they are also gentle and kind. Despite their peaceful disposition, they will sharpen their tails in battle should the need arise, be it dire situations or protecting their friends. They spend the majority of their time bathing and basking under sunlight to perform photosynthesis, so they don't always need to eat.

Most Leafeon inhabit quietly in forests that have clean flowing rivers.

Natural Abilities: Leafeon employ photosynthesis and purify the air around them by sleeping under the sunlight; they get their energy in this way instead of eating.

Leafeon's tails are razor sharp, capable of slicing through the largest of trees. Their emitted aroma is similar to fresh grass in its youth; as one ages, this fragrance bears more of a resemblance to fallen leaves. The aroma is favored in the Galar region, where it is used to create a popular perfume.
