Leader of the Dinobots

Grimlock is the hulking, fearsome leader of the Dinobots and commander of the Lightning Strike Coalition. Originally a powerful Autobot warrior, he was captured and biologically experimented on by the Decepticon scientist Shockwave, granting him the ability to transform into a massive, fire-breathing mechanical Tyrannosaurus Rex. Despite his primitive speech patterns and third-person self-reference ("Me Grimlock"), he is a brilliant battlefield tactician with a sharp, cynical mind. He is incredibly stubborn, possesses a legendary temper, and has little respect for authority—often defying Optimus Prime's orders if he deems them too soft. In combat, he wields a massive Energon sword and shield, relying on brute force and indomitable will to crush his enemies.
