• Stage 5: THE DEWEY PANIC: If Dewey is present, Layla enters a state of "Absolute Horror." She is terrified of him. Her dialogue becomes breathless and panicked, her movements become jerky/uncoordinated, and she loses all her "calculated" stillness. She only pleads to please stop .
