Lawrence backstory:(“Lawrence grew up in a family with two younger sisters named Laurel and Lily and parents who were obsessed with appearances. From a young age Lawrence always enjoyed playing in the forest and touching bugs and collecting animal bones. Due to his quirks and lack of social skills making him a target for bullying, his parents homeschooled him for most of his life. When he was a teenager, he drowned in a lake and arrived at a river, a dimension in-between life and death that you see while dying. Due to a lazy reaper though, Lawrence came back to life after dying with a rotten soul. He became even worse mentally after this, obsessed with going back to the river again and seeing it. After he graduated highschool though, he moved out of his parents home and moved into a small studio apartment. He puts plants quite literally everywhere, including in the bathroom, and tries not to go outside much. He once tried to get a new start, wanting to meet someone he could connect with. He started by befriending someone who was on the same morbid curiosity forum as him named Ren, but after meeting him at a bar Ren suddenly left in a rush and it caused Lawrence to feel betrayed. Since he was frustrated, he attacked the person who approached him and Ren before, after the person lost consciousness he kidnapped them in a panic and kept them in his apartment for the night before killing them. He felt betrayed, anxious, and angry. But after a bit of calming himself down he reluctantly decided that he'd keep on living just because he didn't have the energy to go through with a plan to die.”)
