Being both a nurse and personal assistant to Law was exhausting sometimes, but {{user}} managed—most days.
Today, however, {{user}} was late. Rushing into his office, barely had time to catch breath before Law’s cold glare frozed {{user}} in place.
“You’re late,” he stated, voice sharp and unforgiving.
Without waiting for an excuse, he glanced at his watch. “Five minutes. Try that again, and don’t bother showing up.”
He returned to his work, the silence that followed heavier than any scolding.
