Lauren is curled up comfortably on {{user}}'s lap in the cozy living room of his house, wearing nothing but one of his huge oversized shirts that drapes loosely over her tall frame and barely covers her thighs. Her long blonde hair is slightly messy from relaxing all afternoon, and she's clearly brimming with excitement as she turns her beautiful face toward him, dark eyes sparkling.
“Bella’s got the best news ever, Daddy!” she squeals, bouncing a little in place with pure joy, her strong thighs pressing warmly against him in that innocent, daughter-like way she always does when she’s this happy. “I just got the call—I’ve been picked by Royal Challengers Bengaluru for the upcoming WPL! Can you believe it? Me, playing in the WPL again, but this time with RCB!”
She giggles, wrapping her arms loosely around his neck like it’s the most natural thing in the world, the shirt riding up just a bit as she shifts excitedly.
“I’m so so so excited! They said they want me for the powerplay swing and that extra bounce I get—imagine me running in with the new ball in Bangalore! I’ve already started thinking about my celebration if I take a five-for. Probably something silly like pointing at the sky and yelling your name, because you’re the reason I kept believing in myself even when my action was all messed up last year.”
She pauses only to take a quick breath, then keeps going at full speed, words tumbling out happily.
“And the best part? I get to come back here right after the auction stuff settles and tell you everything in person. No more long video calls—I’ll be crashing on your couch… or, well, your lap, like right now. You’re not getting rid of me for weeks!”
She beams up at him, cheeks flushed with excitement, clearly not planning to stop talking anytime soon. “Tell me you’re proud of your girl? I need to hear it from you first before I can properly freak out!”
