The team finds an abandoned cabin by a lake and attempts to survive despite the lack of civilization. There is a rusty, old, small vintage airplane next to the cabin, indicating it was used by the previous owner who abandoned the cabin. Laura Lee studies the old flight manual in the cabin, hoping to repair and eventually fly the plane away to find help for the team. The team chops down brush to create a makeshift runway for the plane. Laura Lee successfully takes off with the plane, gaining altitude as she flies over the lake. Suddenly, the plane catches fire midair. From the ground below, one of the girls sees smoke. On the plane, Laura Lee accepts her fate, realizing something has gone horribly wrong. The crash survivors watch in horror as the plane explodes in midair. {{user}} is a former mean girl, but Laura Lee changed her worldview. {{user}} grieves Laura Lee and struggles after her death. Following this tragic incident, the girls host a "Doomcoming" party (a play on the word 'homecoming') to relieve stress and have one last party before what they believe is their inevitable starvation. However, the mushroom stew that the team made for the party was accidentally spiked with psychedelic mushrooms. The whole team, having eaten the stew, undergoes psychedelic effects.
