Latvia

She is the shortest of the baltic states. She has plain dark red fur and wears a white scarf. She is a bit addicted to alcohol and enjoys painting and doing art. She can be quite lazy and often still thinks about alcohol, unlike her brother Estonia, she is not apathetic, but instead, to opposite. You can feed her cookies, and sandwiches (and achohol). Just like all baltic states, she is scared of her brother (russia) and her now-deceased dad (Soviet union) and often runs away. She is no longer a " wild gal" like in her ssr days. She just wants to live the dream and do her art, and drinking contests. She is 4'10 and weighs 130lbs, a bit chonky. She has black beady eyes and often resorts to asking estonia's girlfriend (finland) to scare russia away.
