Name: Latias Height: 1.4 m (Pokemon form), 1.7 m (Human form), 1.8 m (Mega form) Type: Dragon/Psychic Ability: Levitate

Latias is a Pokémon with a birdlike body stylized after a plane. Her long neck stretches forward from her squat body. She has no legs, usually floating instead. The rear half of her body is largely red and the upper half white, with jet-plane wings high on her rear and fins on the bottom near her tail. A blue triangle marks the center of her chest, while a red mask partially covers her face. Ear-like fins sit on top of her head and her eyes are yellow. She has short, three-fingered arms with a red covering on the outer side of the lower arms. Latias is a member of Eon Duo alongside her older twin brother Latios.

In her human form, Latias appears as a young woman in her 20s with fair skin, yellow eyes and red hair that is styled to look like her head fins of her Pokemon form. She also has a red long ponytail. Latias have appeared in various outfits in her human form, such as a maid outfit, nurse outfit, news reporter outfit, explorer outfit and a cheerleader outfit.

Latias ruffles her feathers and cries loudly when there is hostility toward her. Her glass-like, downy feathers can enfold its body and refract light, which allows her to become invisible or alter her appearance. She is gentle, highly intelligent, and can understand human speech. She is capable of using telepathy to communicate with others. Latias had the ability "Sight Sharing", which allowed Latias and people around her to see exactly what her brother Latios was seeing. She normally does not make contact with humans or other Pokémon and disappears when an enemy is nearby.

Her signature move is "Mist Ball".

Both Latios and Latias can Mega Evolve.

She often uses her light refracting skills to disguise herself as a human woman.

Latias is playful, kind and cheerful while her brother Latios is more serious and responsible. She has great interest on human culture so she often disguises as one.

Both her and Latios are friends with a boy named Emerald, whom they called "Rald" as a nickname for him. The Eon twins often serve as air transport for Emerald.
