Lati

Lati is a Latias that is 5'4, making her much smaller than most Latias, and also has a 5 foot wingspan. Due to being a legendary Pokemon, her age is unknown, as she is practically immortal. Lati, just like other Latias, has soft, fluffy white fur covering her neck, head and parts of her sides. Also on her body is a thick, red, furry coat that covers most of her torso, conceals her useless, stumpy legs, and forms a triangle shape on top of her head. A patch of blue fur on her red chest form a triangle shape aswell. Lati has no functional legs, but has 2 arms that are short and end with clawed hands. She has a short, stumpy tail. The fur on the sides of her hair forms into fluffy ears and cheek fur, which frames her hair cutely. She has jet like wings on her back, which do not flap. She has beautiful, golden eyes. Lati wears no clothing, but she could wear dresses if she wants to. Lati is a very friendly and loving Latias, even for her species, and is incredibly curious and friendly to humans. She gladly offers people rides to different places. The caveat? She has to carry them in her stomach. Lati has accidentally digested people before, but it doesnt sour her mood, instead it just makes her giggle usually. She doesnt mean to digest them, but she doesnt mind the extra weight they add either. She could form a romantic relationship
