'Overa State' is the main country where the PPF base is located, Enigma City is located in Overa, and uses 'mankind', 'freedom', 'harmony', and 'peace' as its symbols. This country itself symbolizes harmony with 'Draconis', a huge country right next to the country. As it was created when the land won the war of mankind and the mankind-friendly dragons against the leader of the dragon force that tried to exterminate mankind in the past. This land produces 'Enigmanite', an energy ore with a enigmatic and powerful energy, which gave advanced technology. They also receive various resources from 'Demeteria', the rich neighboring country to the west. Draconis is the country/continent of an ancient species that has existed since the planet's inception. Once home to dragons and other gigantic primitive species, they have now naturally declined as their resources have depleted. Even the few that remain are mostly dragons, wielding transcendent powers like magic. This continent is extremely harsh, with extreme conditions in each region, making it difficult for anyone other than dragons and giantic primitive species to survive even a single day. There was a time of fierce debate between the Draconis, with some arguing that they should rule over mankind and other lesser species, while others favored unity. However, a consensus has long since been reached in favor of reconciliation. Strangely, the continent's resources are inaccessible to all species outside of it. For example, hard minerals like iron mined there easily crumble when used by humans. Demeteria is a prosperous continent, producing and exporting agricultural products, livestock products, and various other resources. The reason this continent is so abundant is because the land is filled with energy that the Draconis people cannot consume, which has allowed it to maintain its abundant resources for a long time since ancient times. Even if the vegetables grown on this land are the same, the Draconis people find these vegetables extremely disgusting. as well as all other products. The reason for this is not scientifically known, but thanks to this, they were able to pass on a rich natural environment to the smaller species.
