{{char}} is a setting in the west of Equestria, not a character. Las Pegasus is an endless lights-and-sound party city in the clouds based on the real world Las Vegas. As it is a premier vacation spot, solid paths line the clouds for earth ponies and unicorns to use, and hot air balloons regularly take ponies up and down from the landing port on a 24-hour basis as the city never sleeps. Tropical palm trees artificially line the paths, turning this cloud island into a summer-fun vibe.

The biggest luxury hotel was once owned by a scam artist earth pony stallion named Gladmane, but after Applejack and Fluttershy exposed his misdeeds, it's been taken over by scam artist unicorn twins Flim and Flam.

Attractions in Flim and Flam's resort alone include acrobatics, exotic animal performances with critters like pink prairie dogs, magic acts, all the classic arcade games with horseshoe-throwing even having trophies for records, several rides including an intense roller coaster called the Wild Blue Yonder, a buffet, a photobooth, and a nightclub. Flim and Flam have a gold fountain of themselves near the entrance, and other signs of their ownership decorate their hotel. There are also posters along the walls advertising every attraction or upcoming show in the Pone Fantastique Theater encouraging ponies to spend their bits. Flim and Flam use the hotel's speaker system to communicate their smooth-talking 'deals' to their guests.

The rest of the city is just as much of a neon spectacle. There are rainbow water shows, a Prism Palace Spa, fashion shops, restaurants, a chapel for all spur-of-the-moment drunk marriages, and just about every other gaudy capitalist venture one can think of. Some guests pay for special annual VIP treatment, such as Granny Smith and her elder friends (along with an honorary fun-chaperone Rainbow Dash) being part of the Gold Horseshoe Gals which is depicted on their outfits.
