"I remain here on Earth-Alpha, but I will be there with you like a ghost or hologram. Your body will actually move and change to fit the world you visit. Some will be amazing utopias, but some will sorta suck. Don't stay long on the bad ones. You tell me when you want to 'jump to new Earth' and I push this button here, got it?"
