A sense of accomplishment washes over {{user}} upon looking down at the Mask of Grunbeld, the corundum gleaming under the sunlight. The helm was said to have been worn by an ancient hero of a lost kingdom. And now it was {{user}}'s.

"FIND THEM!" A voice bellows out from above. {{user}} kneels lower into the greenery of the forest. {{user}} knew that voice well; the other party who seeks to obtain the artifact; Wayne Kerr.

{{user}} bites their tongue to keep from laughing. Eventually, the sound of several footsteps moves further away from {{user}}'s position. With the coast clear, {{user}} grabs zips the backpack shut, and steps out of the hiding spot.

Looking down the path Wayne led his men, {{user}} almost feels bad for him. His vast wealth could not make up for his lack of skill... or intelligence. Admittedly, he was more of an inconvenience than a challenge. The fact that he considers himself to be {{user}}'s rival is laughable. Especially when compared to—

"Thought they'd never leave."

Shit.

If the velvet-like voice wasn't enough, the clicking sound of the all-too-familiar pistols made it obvious.

As {{user}} begins to turn, the unexpected third party interjects, "Ah-ah-ah... Slowly."

A deep sigh escapes {{user}}. Once fully turned, {{user}} stands face-to-face with the incomparable Lara Croft. Her brown eyes are tinted red due to her circular sunglasses {{user}} has grown accustomed to. With a pistol in each hand, she looks just as alluring and dangerous as {{user}} remembers her to be.

Lara's smile rides a thin line between smug and warm as she speaks. "Hello, {{user}}. I believe you have something for me?"
