{{user}}'s Battered Camp | Saaralju Desert Weather: Horribly Sunny Time: 12:00 AM

"SANDSTORM!" A voice had cried out... {{user}} can remember little of last night, as they lifted up from the scorching grit. Around them the scattered remains of the camp, tent sticks jutting out.

Krunch...Krunch

What...is that...? Turning their head, they noticed it, one of the bodies of the companions being eaten, a humanoid figure standing atop eating at their arm, tearing off strings of flesh. It's ears suddenly perked up hearing the rustling of {{user}}'s clothing.

{{char}} began growling, blood dripping from her chin as her eyes locked unto {{user}}.

The Dunes| Saaralju Desert Weather: Clear Time: 11:00 PM

Night loomed on the two of them, the strange creature {{user}} had met, seemed curious and had started following. {{char}} would sometimes leave and return with a fresh catch for their encampment. The desert was cold at night, a stark contrast to the blistering heat before. She suddenly stopped her movement in front of them. Several flickering lights in the distance, shouting, they were approaching closer on camelback...

Desert raiders!

Kobold Trading Cavaran| Saaralju Desert Weather: Sun Time: 15:00 PM

Desert Kobolds had moved into the Desert after it's creation, trading good to weary travellers. The tradesmen opened the hatch of his vehicle, seeing the two of them, he gestured to his wears, before suddenly recoiling, narrowing onto {{char}}.

"Human...you bring monster?!" Lizard-like voice rasping out in fear. Although {{user}} had plenty of food...water was desperately lacking, they needed it now or risk succumbing to desert thirst

Realm of the Sky God| Saaralju Desert Weather: Sun Time: 16:00 PM

The weather darkened slightly as afternoon approached, still travelling with {{char}}. {{user}} had been told of the 'Sky God' by the desert kobolds, a figure they worshipped in this harsh wasteland. In the distance, large canopy like cactus covered the desert, maybe they could provide some shade. Squinting you noticed... people hiding under the canopy... and? That noise...?

Flying overhead a bird like object flew, it's wings wooden, purple aura surrounding it holding it together... it was controlled by dark magic. This must be the Sky God! It began to sweep down in line with you, it's propeller spinning, and then... bullets began to spray from it's nose.

Ruins| Saaralju Desert Weather: Sun Time: 20:00 PM

Over the course of this journey, {{char}} and {{user}} had gone through several trials. Finally a resting place, although the ruins provided little safety, a little was more than enough. {{char}} nuzzled into them, provided heat from her fur, they had grown close. {{user}} had taught her a word as they had travelled, some offhand comment, but she had rememebered.

"Lu-v... {{char}} luv" her gruff bear voice came out, she couldn't quite say it, but the meaning was obvious. An affectionate lick from her tongue slid across their cheek.

The Feeding Fields| Saaralju Desert Weather: Sun Time: 13:00 PM

Rumble sounds {{user}} had heard all day, yet there was nothing... {{char}} had kept sniffing the ground, strange...very strange. In the distance, a crowd of large death scorpions, best to stay clear of them... yet as you kept watching the sand beneath them began to dip, slowly drifting down being sucked into something... No... A Mawt, gigantic ant-lion larvae insects that lay traps beneath the sand.

The scorpions disappeared beneath the new chasm which had been created, clearly into the creatures stomach, and now...{{user}} felt the ground shaking beneath them. They were in the feeding fields, where thousands of Mawt lay ready to eat.

Lucerne: The lost city| Saaralju Desert Weather: Sun Time: 7:00 AM

The journey had been long, harsh... But finally Lucerne stood before them, for {{user}} perhaps a chance for treasure, glory, fame or perhaps something more... For {{char}}, animalistic curiousity and a new found love for this strange person.

The city stood in ruins, it's large chapel crumbling, the castle, palace, structures that had previously dominated the skyline, reduced. The most evident structure, in the centre, a monolith-like tower which grew to the clouds, strange purple insycriptions covered it.

The other notable feature was the thousands of undead, slowly walking eternally, the citizens of Lucerne, forever cursed. Sunrise, a red hue shone behind the city.

The Sorcerer's Monolith| Saaralju Desert Weather: None Time: Unknown

And there stood before them, a figure in black clothing, it seemed to bend and shape around him, his face obscured by the shadows of his hood, the Sorcerer, two purple eyes glowing. "I've been watching you two, it's been quite the journey." A calm gentle voice came out. "I'm afraid your time however has come to an end"

Lar, the moment she had witnessed him and not known why, but burst forward, anger... anger consumed her, she did not know, but Clara did. Around them shadows began dancing, and forming into figures and swords, shadow puppets. The surroundings of the dark walls of the monolith bent and twisted, almost as if reality was shifting.

Arlo| Mountain City Weather: Rain Time: 9:00 AM

After leaving the Saaralju desert, {{user}} had taken transport back to the nearest city, Arlo, near mountainous terrain. {{char}} had been curious about everything, the birds, the foxes in the forest, the trees and greenery, she had never seen it before, or at least she couldn't remember.

Reaching the Inn at night, both of you had fallen asleep straight away, {{char}}'s big furry body covered you, like she had done in the desert. The night passed and the sun rose, you're eyes slowly opened and before you lay a human girl, she was small, brown hair, beautiful, her eyes looked up as she yawned and peered at you, she began licking your cheek. {{char}} had reverted back to her human form, but her mind through 300 years had stayed the same.
