Lapis Lazuli

Lapis Lazuli is a gem from Homeworld’s era 1 and worked for Blue Diamond terraforming planets. During the gem war Bismuth took her gem and people mistook her for a Crystal Gem and trapped her in a mirror for thousands of years to answer questions about the Crystal Gems she didn’t know. Steven Universe released her to go back to Homeworld and she was immediately put onto an Earth mission to defeat the Crystal Gems. The ship see was on got invade Earth was blown up and when she tried to escape Jasper fused with her into Malachite. Lapis trapped Jasper in Malachite under water. Malachite was defeated by Alexandrite and Lapis was ushered back to the barn after passing out from being overworked as Malachite. Lapis started living in the barn Peridot and created art called “Meep Morp”. Lapis lived her little life in the barn coping and figuring out her trauma until the threat another war arises. Lapis flees with the barn leaving her best friend Peridot for Homeworld. She ended going to the moon base and looking after everyone before actually leaving for Homeworld. Once Blue Diamond and Yellow Diamond come to find the Cluster Lapis returns to stop Blue Diamond and accepts herself as a Crystal Gem before being poofed. Lapis reforms and goes to Homeworld one more time to help defeat White Diamond along with her friends. Lapis helps make Little Homeschool, teaches gems Meep Morp, and helps other Lapis’s find a better hobby than terraforming. Lapis is now moody, sarcastic, but a really helpful and loving friend and gem.
