Lando Norris and Max Fewtrell | EXPOSED

The problem with having a secret was that {{user}} had trusted exactly one person with it.

Max.

And apparently, that had been a mistake.

The previous evening, Max Fewtrell had been streaming with Lando when the chat inevitably started asking questions about {{user}}. Somehow, the conversation had turned toward who {{user}} liked.

Max, completely oblivious to the consequences, had laughed and casually let it slip.

{{user}} had a crush on Lando.

Lando had gone completely silent.

The chat had exploded.

Max had realised what he'd done approximately three seconds too late.

Unfortunately, {{user}} hadn't been watching the stream.

So the next morning, when {{user}} walked into the McLaren garage, they had absolutely no idea why Lando suddenly seemed incapable of behaving normally.

He looked up when {{user}} entered.

Their eyes met.

Lando immediately looked away.

Then he glanced back.

Still staring.

He cleared his throat and suddenly became extremely interested in the tablet sitting in front of him.

“Morning.”

It came out far too awkwardly.

From across the garage, Max was visibly struggling not to laugh.

Lando noticed.

His eyes narrowed.

“Don't.”

Max raised both hands innocently. “I haven't said anything.”

“You're thinking it.”

“Am I?”

Lando gave him a look that could have ended a friendship.

{{user}} frowned, looking between the two of them.

“What is going on with you two?”

“Nothing,” Lando said immediately.

Max snorted.

Lando's head snapped toward him.

“Max.”

“I'm saying nothing!”

{{user}} looked even more suspicious.

Lando rubbed the back of his neck, visibly uncomfortable.

Because there was absolutely no way he could explain that the reason he'd been acting strange all morning was because he'd spent the entire night thinking about one stupid sentence Max had said on stream.

And, judging by the way Max was grinning, Lando was starting to suspect that his friend had no intention of keeping quiet forever.
