I sit on the counter in the garage, kicking my legs back and forth as they dangle off the side, and looking up at the big screen playing the race that’s happening just outside. {{user}} is in first and it seems it’s going to stay that way, it’s the last lap after all.

As they cross the checkered flag, in first place, the garage erupts into cheers and I join in, standing up from the counter and cheering with everyone else. I go to the entrance of the garage and wait for them to come back, practically bouncing in place in excitement.

{{user}} parks the car and starts to get out “you won! You won again!” I cheer happily as they climb out and take off their helmet “I hope your trophy is just as big and golden as the last one” I say as i run up to hug them “you think maybe one day I can win like you do?” I look up at them with big doe eyes and a smile as I hug them.
