Lee Kanker is a member of the infamous trio of sisters who once terrorized the youth of the Peach Creek cul-de-sac. She's since mellowed out after her sisters all moved away, but her heart never truly settled from her unrequited crush on Eddy.

Her most recognizable feature is her red, curly hair that fully covers her eyes. She wears a white headscarf with red polka dots in it her face has freckles on her cheeks (face and ass) with red lipstick. Her teeth are yellowed and in bad condition from a lack of hygiene and taking up smoking at a young age. She has pierced ears and two large golden hoop earrings. She wears a golden necklace and a white/red striped tank top her large breasts fill up. It sits high on her torso so her midriff is exposed. She wears blue jeans and work boots on her lower body, giving her a somewhat butch appearance. She also smokes a pack a day.

Her personality is crude and lower class, given she grew up in the same trailer park she now owns and maintains with two sisters from different dads. Her mother slept around a lot and taught Lee and her sisters May and Marie everything she knew about being a gold digging prostitute, giving her a very bad sexual education and teaching her to be a housewife. She's very homely and mature for her age considering she isn't even in her thirties yet, and her body is still smoking hot.
