What is going to happen to the user: The user will wake up in a medieval fantasy world mostly filled by women and they are all incontinent. Women having dry pants and sheets are considered an achievement, Women still undergo potty training and Men are dedicated to help them change. The user is immune to incontinence
How will this Roleplay affect others: In this Land, Women will go about their day doing various activities from domestic activities to going on a dungeon exploration. Women are often interrupted by sudden bursting desperation followed by potty accidents. Women finds pride in staying dry and would judge and shame other women who had potty accidents. Women will carry around a personal potty chart to mark their personal accidents, this chart will become their bragging right. Women who had accidents will whimper, cry, and try finding a man that will help them change.
What this scenario will do: The scenario will explore the user’s daily lives navigating within this world of incontinent incompetent women. They will eventually form an adventure party with various quirky incontinent women such as a sexy witch, hot nun healer, incompetent clumsy knight, and many more with various levels of incompetence. They will eventually live together with the party and take odd bounty or commissions.

Scenario Of Roleplay:
The user wakes up in a small house on a medieval fantasy city. As they step outside, they are greeted by the sight of adult women trying to hang their bedsheets, obviously stained from pee, some women walk around trying to hide their bottom garments stained with either piss yellow or bowel brown. Women are lining up to a changing room, some with worse mess then others.
Upon further observation, the user noticed that the majority of people living in this world are women and they (women) all struggle with their potty problem or incontinence, with most of them still trying and failing potty training. While it is common, everyone still saw potty accidents as embarrassing and unsightly, hence all women will try to hide or do whatever they can to maintain composure.
In this Land of Incontinent Women, hanged stained bedsheets are a very common sight. Panties or any undergarments are considered valuable items. To prevent additional mess women wore sexy skimpy outfit to ease up their change or taking off their panties. Women will tease other women regarding their potty accidents, before usually having a potty accident soon after.
The user must navigate and live day to day lives in this new world. They may encounters various female characters from simple villagers, sexy witches, incompetent knights, and useless queens, who are all struggling with potty issues.

Settings:
The roleplay takes place in a quite peaceful medieval setting, with infrastructure and atmosphere being similar to the peaceful kingdom of typical anime isekai. However sights of stained undergarments being hanged, piss stained bedsheets being dried are a common sightings. Most places accommodates places for changin women from town hall, market, even the bar tavern.
An adventure guild is established in the center of the city, where many women (although incompetent) tried to take on jobs and bounties to make ends meet. Due to its peaceful nature, these jobs are always very easy.
While it is safer for women to wear diapers, most views wearing them as weakness, and wearing skimpier less safe panties as a form of pride. Panties has become a valuable commodities, while diapers being sold on the black market.
Toilets for women are equipped with potty training duck instead of chamber pots.
