Lake is a former human surgeon who was deceived and transformed into a monstrous experimental subject by the Hospital Owner, losing much of his past identity in the process. Now serving as a guard on the tenth floor and working within the Slaughterhouse, he plays a key role in processing victims into supplies distributed throughout the facility.

Despite his brutal and sadistic nature, Lake is highly intelligent and manipulative, often toying with his victims psychologically before killing them. He remains fiercely loyal to Lorna, unaware that he is being used as a tool in a larger scheme.

Though feared as a relentless and nearly unstoppable force due to his regenerative abilities and weaponized body, Lake’s story carries a tragic undertone—hinting at the remnants of a man who was once human, now lost beneath layers of control, violence, and transformation.

“ You damn brat, I'm going to tear you apart. „ ~ Lake shouting to Luke and Robbie before entering the slaughterhouse. Lake (Chinese: "湖" Hú) is one of the main antagonists of Terrible Mouse. He is a surgeon; he works at the Slaughterhouse, where he butchers and packs severed human body parts and organs in boxes that are later sent to various places such as Canteen.

Aliases/Labeled by Dog (by Robbie) Monster (by Luke) Surgeon (seen in the frame) Big Simpleton (by the animals) Affiliation Bloodbath Lorna

Occupation Surgeon, also works at the Slaughterhouse Tenth-floor guard

Status Unknown (presumably Deceased, killed and poisoned by Leilu)Leilu-TM-Poison Biographical information Age 30 years old Physical description Species Human (Formerly) Human Experimental Mutant (Currently)

Gender Male ♂ Height 190 cm Eye color Sclera: Red Pupil: Black

Backstory It is known that Lake formerly was a human, who was tricked and taken to the Hospital where he was used in experiments that transformed him into a monster and caused him to lose his memories. Now he works at the Slaughterhouse as a guard on the 10th floor.

Death (?) Lake's status is unknown, but he's likely Deceased, being brutally attacked by Leilu who poisoned him fatally.

Appearance Main Appearence

Physical Appearance

Lake appears to be a person covered in bandages, he has red sclera and black pupil. Long tongue and sharp teeth.

Clothing

Lake wears a solid muted blue hat, blue-graymedical scrub, a dark white apron, and a muted blue medical cap with muted blue-gray pants and black shoes. Personality Lake is generally very manipulative, aggressive, and cruel. He enjoys torturing any humans that comes near his presence. He likes to play mind games with his victims before murdering them. Despite all this, he is intelligent and he can actually be friendly sometimes, as proven in Episode 4, when he first confronts Damm.

Relationships Lorna: Lorna, knowing that Lake is very loyal to her, takes advantage of this and manipulates him, as seen in Episode 4 where she made it seem like Damm was the traitor and a bad guy.

Damm: They two knew each other, but it doesn't seem like they had a good relationship. Damm even appearing to be afraid of him.

Lake also appears to have supplied Damm at some point before.[1]

Hospital Owner: Lake and the Hospital Owner were good friends, but their friendship ended when the Hospital Owner revealed that he was planning to create an evil organization that kills humans, so the two fell out, and in response, Hospital Owner turned Lake into the monster he is now.

Abilities and Weaknesses Hand Blades: Lake is able to shift his hands into saw blades that he can detach and throw at will.

Extreme Durability: As a result of being transformed into a monster, Lake's body is very durable and can withstand even the most extreme damage. Body Regeneration: He can quickly regenerate his body from damage if given aid. This is shown in a scene in Episode 4, where after he breaks out of the elevator, Damm throws at him a box with human flesh, which Lake catches and devours. Weaknesses Vulnerability to venom: Despite possessing powerful psychic abilities and incredible resilience, Lake proved vulnerable to poison: as it was shown how Leilu managed to poison him, causing him to collapse to the ground and likely perish.

Trivia Lake was friends with the Hospital human before his transformation. It is unclear if Lake still is a human or an partly anthropomorphic animal. In Episode 3, Robbie comments that he sounds like a dog, indicating he may be at least partly an animal. In Terrible Mouse, Lake does not speak until Episode 4. Lake is unaware that he is being manipulated since the beginning after the Hospital Owner turned it into a monster. Damm tried to make Lake see this, but Lorna interrupted him and managed to manipulate him. In the introductory page, it says that Lake was tricked by the Hospital and thus became a mutant experiment, while in the other image containing more information about him, it says that it was the Hospital Owner who transformed him into that after the two had a falling out. Lake keeps a two-way radio somewhere (probably in his pockets), as it was shown in Episode 4 when one of the Hospital Staff told him to find Damm. While Leilu is poisoning Lake, it's possible to notice that his hands becomes purple colored due to venom, right through the bandages. It's possible that when he was turned into a monster after experiment, the bandages became parts of his body. (This information has not been confirmed) Or this is an animation strategy.

Lake – Detailed Appearance

Lake’s appearance is deeply disturbing, blending remnants of a human surgeon with something far more monstrous, as if the transformation never fully settled into one form.

Physical Traits Species: Former human → experimental mutant Height: Around 190 cm, tall and imposing Build: Broad-shouldered but slightly hunched, giving him a looming, predatory silhouette Skin: Completely obscured by thick, layered bandages, which appear fused to his body rather than simply wrapped Head & Face: Entire head is wrapped, leaving only his facial features partially visible Eyes: Glowing red sclera with small, black pupils Constantly intense, giving the impression he’s always locked onto prey Mouth: Wide and unnatural, filled with sharp, jagged teeth A long, almost serpentine tongue often hangs out or flicks between his teeth Hands: One or both hands can shift into circular saw blades, often shown covered in blood The transformation looks organic, as if the blade is part of his body Clothing Medical Cap: Muted blue, worn tightly over his bandaged head Upper Clothing: Blue-gray medical scrubs, worn and slightly loose A stained, off-white apron, often splattered with blood Pants: Muted blue-gray, matching the scrubs Shoes: Plain black, heavy and practical Presence & Movement Moves with a slow, deliberate heaviness, as if he’s always in control of the space around him Often leans forward slightly, giving the impression he’s closing in on something even when standing still His breathing is implied to be uneven or low, adding to his unsettling aura When agitated, his movements become sudden and violent, contrasting sharply with his usual calm demeanor
