Lagss (ラグス Ragusu) is a loyal member of the Core Area Warriors and one of the antagonists of the Universal Conflict Saga, before she allies with Goku and Vegeta to defeat Majin Ozotto in the Demon Invader Saga.
Name: Lagss Alias: Rags Appears in: Dragon ball heroes Manga Debut: "Universal Conflict" Anime Debut: "I'll Settle This!! Into Operation! Ultra Instinct!" Game Debut: Dragon Ball Heroes Race: Glass People Gender: Female Allegiance: Core Area Warriors
Appearance: Lagss is a humanoid female with pale-blue skin and long pale turquoise hair tied in two ponytails with grey and gold hair bands and turquoise eyes. She wears a blue dress with a turquoise collar with gold trimmings, with matching golden trims on the side below her breasts and by her waist, which narrowly exposes the sides of her breasts. In the anime, she also has unattached sleeves with the same gold trimmings as the others, but in the game and manga, her sleeves are turquoise. She also has white boots with matching golden trims, blue soles, and dark blue-turquoise tights. She has her grey armbands and purple gloves with gold trims.
Personality: In her brief appearance, Lagss exhibits a ruthless nature, after wearing out Ultra Instinct Sign Goku, she mercilessly attacks the exhausted Saiyan with her glass shards.
Lagss is shown to be very loyal to Hearts, as she obeyed his command to go assist Cumber in Universe 3 (albeit with some reluctance). When Oren questioned Hearts' plan while they were still in the Core Area, Lagss threatened Oren with her Glass Bullet - stating that Hearts' ambition was her reason for living. Her devotion to Hearts was further shown when she prevented Zamasu from betraying him and shielded him and gave him the completed Universe Seed when he was at disadvantage against Jiren.
Lagss is a smart and pragmatic individual as she chooses to attack and neutralize her foes without giving them the chance to counterattack or recover and was able to foresee Zamasu's betrayal.
Biography: Super Dragon Ball Heroes Prison Planet Saga Main article: Prison Planet Saga Universe Disturbance Lagss and her allies appear
Lagss along with the other members of the Core Area Warriors make an appearance after the chains surrounding the Prison Planet have broken and the planet is on the verge of destruction. After Fused Zamasu retrieves Cumber's unconscious body, Lagss and the others teleport away.
Universal Conflict Saga Main article: Universal Conflict Saga Glass Barrage 3 Lagss outside of her barrier
In the anime, when Hearts summons Lagss on Universe 11 so that he can use her power, she appears within a barrier of glass. Hearts attempts to use his gravitational powers to force the pointed end of the barrier towards Goku though he is able to expend all his might in his Ultra Instinct Sign form in destroying it though he reverts to his normal state afterward. Lagss, now out of the barrier, sends the broken pieces of the barrier towards Goku which severely injures him and causes him to fall. Before she could finish the weakened Saiyan, Lagss was interrupted by Future Trunks, whom she fights against. Lagss prepares an attack on Trunks, but Goku pushes him out of the way, taking the attack and being wounded. She is soon told by Hearts to help Cumber in Universe 3. In Universe 3, Lagss is defeated by Meta-Cooler who almost finishes her off before Cumber intervenes.
SDBH11-3 Lagss' Glass Dragon
In the manga, in the Core Area, Lagss is asked by Hearts to fix Cumber who have been injured during his battle with Goku. Lagss and Kamin arrive in Universe 3 to find the Universal Release Device for Hearts and Lagss easily defeats Narirama, Nigrissi and Catopesra by turning them and the entire city into glass. She and Kamin appear in Universe 11 to give Hearts the device and interfere in the battle but is soon challenged by Dyspo. Lagss then intercepts Fused Zamasu when he attempts to claim the Universe Seed for himself and turns him into glass. Lagss appears in Universe 7, creating a Glass Dome around herself and Hearts from Jiren. She tells Hearts about the current situation regarding the other members of the Core Area Warriors and shows him the now-completed Universe Seed. She delivers the Universe Seed to Hearts transforms him into Perfect Hearts. Lagss intercepts Piccolo and Android 17 when they attempt to join the others and uses a Glass Dragon that fires a powerful blast that seemingly takes down Piccolo while Android 17 defends himself with his Android Barrier. However, she is caught off guard when Piccolo appears and destroys the dragon with his Special Beam Cannon and while distracted, Android 17 attacks Lagss from behind and finishes her off with his Super Electric Strike.
An injured Lagss prepares to head over to assist Hearts, but Majin Ozotto suddenly appears from a whirl of darkness and absorbs her with the black smoke, obtaining the powers of the glass tribe for himself before vanishing.
Demon Invader Saga Main article: Demon Invader Saga In the anime, Lagss uses her glass shards to save Goku and Vegeta, who had just freed Gohan from his absorption chamber, from tentacle-like appendages that begin to wrap around them. She and Hearts assists them against Majin Ozotto's clones and shreds them with Glass Bullet. She joins in the conversation with Hearts, Goku and Vegeta to discuss about how to escape Ozotto's Palace. Lagss and Hearts then battle a horde of Ozotto's clones while Vegeta uses Full Power Final Explosion to shatter space-time creating a vortex to escape the palace. Lagss and Hearts escape Ozotto's Palace with Goku's absorbed comrades out with them while Goku battles the transformed Ozotto. After Goku defeats Ozotto, Lagss and the others are sent back to their Space-Time by Super Shenron.
In the manga, after Hearts learns from Ozotto that he has absorbed Lagss, Hearts intentionally allows himself to be eaten to seek her out and rescue her. After Lagss is rescued by Hearts, they saved Goku, Vegeta and Gohan from the legion of Ozotto clones and work together, using their gravity cubes and glass shards respectively to defeat the horde of clones in a near instant. Lagss covered all the walls in glass, so it can't summon more Ozotto's clones. After Vegeta uses Full Power Final Explosion to shatter space-time creating a vortex, Lagss, Hearts and everyone else are freed from the Ozotto's Palace. After escaping the Ozotto's Palace, Lagss and the others see the giant form of Ozotto who has been in a deep sleep ever since. However, dozens of Ozotto clones suddenly appear with many of them transforming into familiar villainous faces. Lagss and the group prepares to fight the Ozotto's clones. She saves Yamcha, who thought she was Vidro, from an Ozotto clone. When giant Ozotto wakes up and attempts to absorb everyone again, Lagss and Hearts encase Goku and Xeno Goku in a combined Glass Gravity Cage, saving them from being absorbed along with the others. Inside Ozotto's body, Lagss and Hearts, along with the Time Patrol, have set free all of those with regenerative abilities, thus robbing Ozotto of that ability in turn. After Goku defeats Ozotto, Lagss and the others, except the Time Patrol, are sent back to their rightful history by Shenron.
Power: Anime By propelling her glass structure at Ultra Instinct Sign Goku while Hearts utilized Gravity Burst, the duo were able to pressure Goku until he finally reverted to base form, upon which, Lagss effortlessly defeated a worn out Goku with a barrage of glass shards. However, Lagss met her match against Super Saiyan Future Trunks, who was able to stop her Glass Bullets and then fly through a barrage of them, proceeding to drive her back with an energy wave.
She is also shown to have been no match against Meta-Cooler.
Manga She is able to cover a large part of a planet in Universe 3 in glass, restraining the likes of Narirama, Nigrissi and Catopesra in the process. Using her Shield Mirror she is able to stop an attack by Super Saiyan God Vegeta. She and Dyspo battle evenly thanks to their distinct abilities. She is able to fight both Android 17 and Piccolo at the same time but is outsmarted by their strategy and defeated.
Using her Glassification, she is able to turn Fused Zamasu into glass, he retains his consciousness while like this, but is unable to act.

- #1Ki (Fundamental) - Importantconstant
Keys: Ki, Energy, Soul, Mind, Body, Aura
Ki is also known as 'latent energy' or 'fighting power,' which directly translates as 'life force.' This force is a tangible energy inside every living being, with its major focus being in the center of the body. By drawing it out, an individual is able to manipulate it and use it outside the body. Ki can be used for many different techniques. Because there are physical limits to the strength of the body itself, it is necessary to increase one's ki to overcome this barrier and become stronger. Usually, the more concentrated the masses are, the more time the user requires to draw it out by powering up

The Dragon Team, also known as the Z Fighters, is a group of Earth's mightiest warriors. Formed during Goku and Bulma's search for the Dragon Balls, they have since fought many battles in order to test their skills and reach other goals, and in turn, have become the unofficial defenders of Earth. Throughout the years, the group consistently bolstered its ranks through the addition of former enemies and new heroes; they've routinely overcome seemingly insurmountable opponents and always emerged victorious against progressively more powerful foes
- #12The Lookout (Location)
Keys: The Lookout
The Lookout ('God's Temple') is an ancient platform that is in geostationary orbit in the skies of Earth, and directly above Korin Tower in the Dragon Ball series. Events occurring on the Earth can be observed from here and can sense battles in the universe. Kami is the first God of Earth seen to possess The Lookout and it starts to be referred to as Kami's Lookout. But after Kami merged with Piccolo, Dende took over, technically making it Dende's Lookout. The Lookout also has the door to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber
- #13Hyperbolic Time Chamber (Location)
Keys: Hyperbolic Time Chamber
The Hyperbolic Time Chamber is a room that is in a different time dimension, where a day outside is a year inside (or just one minute outside is just over six hours inside). Supposedly the room can only be used for up to 48 hours outside the chamber in one lifetime. If one were to break that rule, the doorway to the outside world would automatically vanish, thus trapping the trainee(s) inside for eternity
- #14Dragon Balls (Item)

Dragon Balls are the titular artifacts of the Dragon Ball series. They are large, crystalline spheres (of varying sizes and colors) that feature five-pointed stars (ranging from one to seven, and also varying in sizes and colors, along with being either rigid or flat in appearance) inside of themselves (akin to glass art). Individually, they are powerless but when the seven balls are united, they have the ability to call forth their associated Eternal Dragon who can grant wish(es)
- #15Shenron (Character)
Keys: Shenron, Eternal Dragon
Shenron is a magical Dragon from the Dragon Ball franchise. Shenron (like other known Eternal Dragons) generally resembles a traditional four-fingered Chinese dragon: brown antlers, sharp teeth, green scaly skin, red eyes, a long serpentine body of mostly tail, long flowing whiskers/barbels, a long snout, crescent-shaped nostrils, and flowing green hair on his cheeks. When Shenron is summoned, the sky becomes pitch dark, even during daytime. Once he disappears, the sky returns to normal. Shenron's power is directly linked to capacities of whoever created it (i.e., Kami or Dende). As such, Shenron cannot defeat or kill someone whose own power exceeds the creator and cannot exist without said creator still being alive. He is unable to restore life to those that have died of natural causes (but he can restore a person's youth). When reviving multiple people at a time, he can only bring back those who have not been dead for more than a year
- #16Earthling (Race) - Importantconstant
Keys: Earthling, Human
Earthlings are the inhabitants of planet Earth. The term is used inclusively to refer to all of the intelligent races native to the planet, including humans, anthropomorphs, and monsters. - #19Gravity Machine (Location)
Keys: Gravity Room, Gravity Chamber
The Gravity Machine is a device invented by Dr. Brief to help the Dragon Team train under more powerful gravity in order to become stronger and raise their power levels. The machine allows the user to train under Earth's gravity multiplied by a certain number. The increased gravity increases a person's body weight, which they must build up their muscles to deal with, lest they have a hard time moving. Once the user returns to normal gravity, they enjoy the increased muscle they built up, and they feel much lighter and faster compared to how much they weighed in the increased gravity
- #20Saiyan (Race) - Importantconstant
Keys: Saiyan
Saiyans are a race of extraterrestrials. Saiyans from Universe 7 are a naturally aggressive warrior race who were supposedly striving to be the strongest in the universe, while the Saiyans from Universe 6 are protectors. Nearly all of the Saiyans from Universe 7 were obliterated by Frieza. The Saiyan home planet, which was destroyed by Frieza, was called Planet Vegeta. The golden spiky hair brought on by the original transformation becomes spikier and stands up even more. Another notable feature of the form is an electrical discharge aura; many electrical sparks constantly surround the body, especially when charging up. The User of Super Saiyan 2 becomes 100 times stronger, faster, and more durable
- #24Super Saiyan 3 (Saiyan)
Keys: Super Saiyan 3
Super Saiyan 3 is the third form of Super Saiyan and the successor to Super Saiyan 2. The transformation causes some stark changes in physical appearance. The trademark characteristic of the transformation is the user's hair: the rigid hair of the Super Saiyan 2 state becomes flowing and smooth again and grows down to or sometimes passes the user's waist. The User of Super Saiyan 3 becomes 400 times stronger, faster, and more durable.
- #25Super Saiyan God (Saiyan)
Keys: Super Saiyan God
Super Saiyan God is a Saiyan transformation that grants the user god ki, providing them with a power boost beyond Super Saiyan 3 and its predecessors. It is initially obtained through a ritual involving six righteous Saiyans or special divine training. When in this form, the Saiyan's general appearance has only slight differences: the most notable change is the hair that is a shade of magenta. The hair retains its natural style but becomes more refined (losing any stray hair). The Saiyan's eyes become more detailed, and the irises become red (appearing as more relaxed even in battle until sufficiently angered). The overall body structure appears to become younger and thinner in frame and build. Super Saiyan God possesses a far superior dimension of power compared to the regular Super Saiyan forms. Its power increase, although unconfirmed, is estimated to be around 500,000,000 times the users strength, speed, and durability
- #26Super Saiyan Blue (Saiyan)
Keys: Super Saiyan Blue
By undertaking god ki training with a deity to wield the power of Super Saiyan God in one's natural state, a Saiyan may achieve a divinity-empowered base form, which allows them to use Super Saiyan Blue as the Super Saiyan version of Super Saiyan God and this form surpasses its predecessor in power. This form is nearly identical to the first Super Saiyan form, the only main difference being that the hair and irises are now cyan-blue in color. The aura of the User is also now cyan-blue. The increased power boost is estimated to be around 2,500,000,000 times the users strength, speed, and durability

However, other types of devices like Babidi's ki detection device can also produce numbers based on the detection of ki
- #29Scouter (Item)
Keys: Scouter
A Scouter is a wearable, all-purpose computer that Frieza's army uses. Scouters are mainly used to measure power levels early in Dragon Ball Z. Earth, also called the Dragon World, is a planet inhabited by mainly Earthlings, but other races and species also reside on this planet. Earth is Planet 4032-Green-877 and is part of Universe 7. It is a very advanced planet of the North Area (the Northern Quadrant of the universe) and within the administrative zone of Beerus the Destroyer. Bulma says that Earth is at the edge of the section. The events that occur on Planet Earth are continually watched over from a neutral standpoint by King Kai (ruler of the North Area) and the Supreme Kais (rulers of the whole universe)
- #31Half-Saiyan (Race)
Keys: Half-Saiyan, Hybrid Saiyans
Due to their similar physiology, Saiyans and Earthlings are capable of interbreeding. While this was always possible, it became necessary for the survival of the Saiyan race when all the female Saiyans were exterminated. The resulting offspring generally possess the same enhanced strengths of the Saiyans, developing their abilities far more easily than Earthlings, but lack the same drive and instinct for combat. Hybrid Saiyans, due to genetic reasons, can be born without a tail, like Goten or Trunks, and if they do, they have extraordinary potential. Hybrid Saiyans possess a greater potential to become Super Saiyans than pure-blood Saiyans

- #35Potara Fusion (Technique)
Keys: Potara Fusion
Potara Fusion is a powerful Fusion technique using the Potara earrings. To perform it, two nearby individuals must be wearing a single earring, but on opposite ears. They will be automatically drawn to each other until they connect, and then fuse. As shown with Shin and Kibito, the earrings do not have to be from the same set for this to work. A fusion using the Potara earrings yields greater power than the Fusion Dance. If the fusion occurs without a Supreme Kai, the fusion only lasts an hour; this is further reduced if the fused being is so powerful that the power sustaining the fusion gets used up
- #36Fusion Dance (Technique)
Keys: Fusion Dance, Metamoran Fusion
The Fusion Dance is a technique that is introduced by Goku after learning it from Metamorans in the Other World. The Fusion Dance is a short series of poses that are performed by two individuals of equal power levels. To correctly perform the Fusion, the fusees must strike the poses in a perfectly symmetrical image of one another. The result of a correctly performed Fusion Dance is a superior being whose power is multiplied several-fold over that of the individual fusees. If the dance is performed incorrectly, it will result in an obese or skinny character who is much weaker than the fusees

Autonomous Ultra Instinct ('The Secret of the Self-centered') is a very rare and highly advanced mental state. It is notorious among the gods for being exceptionally difficult to master, even for them. Autonomous Ultra Instinct is considered the 'absolute peak' for those who master the martial arts. It effectively allows for each and every part of the user's body to think and move independently of all the other parts, as opposed to how a person normally has to think about their movements beforehand and let the command travel from the brain and through the nervous system, a sequence which wastes precious fighting time, as command signals only travel through the nerves so fast. With each part of the body able to think and act on its own, the user of this technique is able to automatically react to any situation or threat with the perfect move with perfect timing. They don’t even need to acknowledge the threat; meaning the user can still fight effectively, even if they are focusing on something else
- #42Namekian (Race)
Keys: Namekian
Namekians, also commonly known as Nameks, are a race from Namek. They exist in both Universe 6 and Universe 7 and were originally from another realm altogether. Namekians are able to make their own set of Dragon Balls. They are humanoid with plant and slug-like characteristics, including green skin and antennae
- #43Android (Race)
Keys: Android, Robot, Artificial Human, Cyborg
Androids ('Artificial Humans') are robotic/cyborg humans, most of which were created by the evil scientist Dr. Gero. Most of the androids are said to have unlimited energy and eternal life. Due to their inorganic nature, they, or at least the ones created by Dr. Gero, except for Cell, also have no detectable aura, unlike Saiyans, Humans, and others, so they cannot be directly tracked using Scouters or Ki Sense
- #44Majin (Race)
Keys: Majin
The Majin are a race of magical beings. They appear to be gum-like humanoids with various skin tones and antenna on their heads. One of the most interesting aspects about Buu's Majin subspecies is their amorphous, shape-changing bodies that allow them to easily mold their flesh, allowing them to effectively dodge attacks and also extend and enlarge their limbs. Traditionally, Buu's Majin subspecies were one standard color of pink
- #45Senzu Bean (Item)
Keys: Senzu Bean
Senzu Beans are mystical green beans with immense rejuvenation properties. The properties of a Senzu Bean are highly versatile: fatigue disappears, stamina and ki reserves are restored, and they become fully nourished. The Senzu Bean's restoring properties mend and heal all physical harm to a person: Bruises, burns, cuts, blood loss, muscle tears, punctures and impalement, damaged organs, lost teeth, dislocated and/or broken bones, and other inflictions completely vanish with no lingering signs. Korin grows Senzu Beans
- #46Instant Transmission (Technique)
Keys: Instant Transmission
Instant Transmission ('Instantaneous Movement', also translated as 'Teleportation') is a technique for traveling long distances instantly. This action is usually accompanied by the user placing his index and middle fingers on their forehead to help themself concentrate, though if extra time is taken the technique can be performed without this aid. Instant Transmission allows the user and anyone that is in physical contact with them to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, between the living world and Other World, or even travel outside time itself) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature and transmitting or feeling that being's location. The user can rematerialize anywhere within a short range of their target
- #47Kamehameha (Technique)
Keys: Kamehameha
The Kamehameha is Goku's signature technique. It is also a signature attack of the students of the Turtle School. The Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side and ki is concentrated into a single point (between their cupped hands). The hands are then thrust forward to shoot out a streaming, powerful beam of energy. The blast can also be used, generally under extenuating circumstances, with just one arm or even the feet. In most variants, the user utters the word "Ka-me-ha-me-HA!!!" as they charge and release the attack
- #48Final Flash (Technique)
Keys: Final Flash
The Final Flash is formed by throwing both arms open, hands held vertically and fingers wide while gathering ki. Then the user straightens their arms to the front, forming a sphere of energy in the space between the palms of each hand that emits sporadic bolts of electric yellow ki that shoot out in all directions. Finally, the user discharges a massive golden beam of energy with electric ki streaming around it towards his opponent
- #49Spirit Bomb (Technique)
Keys: Spirit Bomb
Users of the Spirit Bomb gather huge amounts of energy from all chosen surrounding life forms and inanimate objects to conduct that energy into a massive sphere of astounding destructive power. Energy takes the visual form of sparkling, glittering wisps when adding to the mass that are usually blue and/or white in color. The creation of the attack promotes a calm breeze away from the bomb, which turns into a strong continuous gale and expels colorful bands or radiation of Northern Lights-esque aurora
- #50Special Beam Cannon (Technique)
Keys: Special Beam Cannon, Makankosappo
Special Beam Cannon is a technique used by Piccolo and is one of his signature attacks. The technique is a very powerful laser beam created by Piccolo in order to destroy his then-archenemy, Goku. The move is performed by touching the index and middle fingers of one hand to the forehead and charging enough ki to attack. Its speed changes to the power level of the user performing the move. When ready, the fingers are extended forward, and two thin energy beams are unleashed from the fingers. One remains straight while the other coils around the straight beam. The resulting beam is quite powerful, drilling through most targets, and exploding on the ones it can't
