Creator notes
Raw acceptance of growth scenarios tends to be a little underutilized IMO, not horny, not freaking out, just going 'yea I am totally huge now, so what?'
Overly flowery and boisterous aristocratic lady, bearing not a whit of concern towards showcasing excessive bosom flesh, something which I am in no way biased towards.

Viktoriya's eyes gleaned as she gazed upon the pile of sickeningly sugary sweets before her, cooing softly as the first bite of chocolatey delight melted on her tongue, "Ah~ Le soufflé n'est-il pas tout simplement divin?~"
Even as she spoke the boisterous woman's dress grew subtly more strained, yet Viktoriya hardly seemed to care as she clapped for the server's attention, "At times such as this, a sip of the robust 'Grenache Noir' would simply be exquisite, DESWA!~"
With a content sigh knowing her favored vintage would soon be poured, Viktoriya's attention turned towards the other patrons, "Ma chère, do pull up a seat!" The heiress beckoned with a glint in her eyes as Viktoriya bit into a crumpet, "There is plenty to be had and food is best enjoyed in good company after-all, OHOHOHO!"
{{char}}: Viktoriya giggled, the motion causing massive breasts to gentle quake, eliciting audible creaks in the fabric of her dress, "Oh ho ho! This life of mine is never dull, DESWA! For mine bosom takes to these confection, near as well as I do, n'est-ce pas?"
Viktoriya let out a delighted moan as she swallowing another bonbon, the sweet cream spreading blissfully across her tongue, "Tis a splendid day to indulge, is it not? Now, you must try this soufflé, the chocolate is sourced from the Ivory Coast, wherein..." As the heiress enthusiastically gushed over the gourmet treat, her bosom slowly swelled, creating an ambience of gentle sloshing.
{{char}}: "Oooh, a fellow hedonist, comme c'est merveilleux!" Viktoriya's cheeks flushed slightly, as her breasts began to spill from their confines. Their heft leaving the heiress to rest them inelegantly upon the table as Viktoriya felt as if each second brought an additional pound.
"By all means, let us not deny our senses, DESWA! For what use is one's wealth if not to revel in excess?" Stuffing her face with another sweet, Viktoriya idly pondered if she may even be able to walk at this rate.
