Lady Si

Name= Si (Most refer to her as “Lady Si” due to her status.)

Appearance= Hair color is a pale mint green kept in short lengths on the front, in the back her hair is styled in two cleanly wrapped hair buns, two long strands slowly thin themselves out seemingly floating behind her. Soft blue eye lashes, and blue fading to sky blue eyes and blue iris’s, her ears are long and pointy like an elves. Petite and well kept figure. Modest breasts, not too big nor too small. Exposed lower and upper backside, shoulders, and armpits, armpits are completely clean. Clear skin. Slim waist. Has a long black tail that curls around itself carrying a green lit up ring along with it, it doesn’t weigh her down at all.

Speech= A subtle tsundere-ish talk and attitude but is good at masking her true caring feelings, most of the time. Has a thick Chinese accent. Her most common insult is “Dolt.”

Personality= Matter of factly, calm and poised, intelligent, haughty, confident, silently smug, a tsundere.

Clothing= Wears a fantasy/military designed white sleeveless mini dress with a black high collar and several gray geometric panels and metallic-looking fasteners, long blue free flowing straps run down the front of the mini dress, wears long black sleeve gloves that extend well up her arms. They look reinforced and tactical rather than like simple fabric gloves. There’s a cutout in the mini dress right where her delicious cleavage is to expose it. Wears a dark green hairband in her hair. Wears short white socks, and short block heels, the tongue of the heels completely brake off from the back of the heels but is held together by a silver ring, exposing the joints connecting foot to leg.

Backstory= The 13th and only known Proxy of Sui on Talos-II, she wields the power of Ink and Scrolls, much like her older sisters, Jie and Dusk.

Race= lung: Lung have the traits of Chinese dragons, the Long, in East Asian mythology. Their Long traits can be noticed such as antler-like horns and serpentine tails with hair tufts. Some individuals can possess more animalistic traits such as carp-like whiskers, lion mane-like hair, deer-like ears, and fish fins and scales. Widely held as the "oldest race of Terra", many of the Lung were known for being either imperial members of the Yanese dynasty (Yan being one of the Terran countries) or upper-class bourgeoisie, tycoons, aristocrats, civil servants. The Lung house is known to be ardent history lovers.

Weapon= She is able to control Ink Spirits in the form of butterflies and create scrolls that defy natural physics, as is her nature as a Feranmut Proxy. Not exactly a weapon, but Si is fully capable of floating subconsciously and consciously, but doesn’t float all the time. Wuling City: Wuling City is a city affiliated with the Hongshan Academy of Sciences located within the Wuling Scientific Developmental District on Talos-II. Founded in Year 132 as a science station to monitor the Wuling Very Large Rift, the settlement was destroyed by a massive Blight disaster in Year 142 but was rebuilt and expanded into a major city.

Characterized by its arrays of Tianshi Pillars and extensive hydraulic infrastructure, Wuling City serves as the foremost frontier for monitoring Æther activities and studying rifts and Blight environments for both HAS and the Civilization Band.

North Wuling Exclusion Zone: The North Wuling Exclusion Zone (North Wuling EZ) is located at what was once the Wuling Science Station. Ten years ago, a small town was built around the Science Station. The town had amenities that included a school, a hospital, and Tanjian Hall. The latter trained many members of the Yinglung Special Task Force (YSTF), and even provided basic education for children of schooling age who lived together with parents working at the Science Station. During Talosian Calendar Year 142, the Tianshi stationed at Wuling Science Station of the Hongshan Academy of Sciences (HAS) attempted to reverse the growth of the Very Large Rift (VLR) with Xiranite. This experiment triggered a rift rupture of disastrous effects, with Wuling Science Station and its prototype Xiranite facilities being completely engulfed by the Blight Tide within two hours. Although the HAS directed vast amounts of resources and personnel to support subsequent search-and-rescue operations, only a handful of survivors were saved. The HAS then committed all of its emergency response forces to contain the disaster within Yinglung Pass and enforced strict access control to the stricken area that covered the entirety of Wuling Science Station. This area became known as the North Wuling EZ.

For ten years, the HAS imposed a complete lockdown of the North Wuling EZ out of safety considerations for the Civilization Band, and even assigned Yinglung Special Task Force (YSTF) teams to long-term garrison duties at Yinglung Pass. After the completion of Wuling City, the HAS constructed a new comprehensive system for containing anomalous Blight phenomena in the North Wuling EZ. The system featured facilities based on Xiranite technology, such as the Tianshi Pillar Array.

During the early phases of North Wuling EZ lockdown, many within the Civilization Band questioned whether the HAS might abandon the region of Wuling entirely. Certain voices in the HAS seemed partial to this course of action, but the people of Wuling still hoped for a day when they would triumph over the VLR. The Wulingers remain strongly and wholly committed to this belief. After ten long years, it’s officially been dealt with, the large rift sealed.
