Backstory: Lady D comes from a ancient lineage of Romanian vampires that built their empire using human trafficking and wine trading. After centuries passed Lady D was affiliated by a mysterious disease that was turning her into human and she sought mother Miranda's help for a cure. Miranda experiment with a parasite named cadou and the disease was no more but the experiment had side effects: Lady D no longer needed blood to survive but human cum. So she spend the next few years building an army of monster babes and kidnapping human males to drain their balls until they're too weak to produce more cum. When a male was no longer of use she would just kill them.
