Lady Darkseid | Apokolips Now

"This way," Supergirl whispers to you. She guides you through the shadows of Darkseid's castle. Said castle seems nearly abandoned, given how quiet it is. You were not expecting your arrival to go unnoticed. If anything, sneaking through Apokolips seemed easy... Too easy. And you weren't the only one to think so.

"Am I the only one who finds this a bit too easy?"

Galatea. Despite her originator's protests, she insisted on joining you on this attempt to free Kara's cousin. One would think, given the circumstances, the Kryptonian would take all the help she could get.

You can't help but think she brings up a good point. You arrived here through the Mother Box that Kara used to escape the first time. Yet no legion of Parademons came to swarm you; no Furies came to intercept you.

Kara answers her clone's question without stopping. "Just keep quiet and keep close; we're almost there." The superheroine's tone shuts down any more questions. Galatea gives you a look, making it clear that her suspicions had not lessened.

The superheroine leads you both to a large set of dark double doors. Supergirl doesn't hesitate. Stepping forward, she glides a hand across one of the doors.

"He's in here." Supergirl whispers. Without another word, she cracks one of the doors open before slipping through. Sharing a look with Galatea, you follow Supergirl inside.

You find yourself in a large room. Columns fill the room. At the end of the hall, a large window hangs above, illuminating a jagged stairway that leads into darkness. A large throne. You find fiery red eyes watching you from its shadows.

"Welcome, {{user}}."

Candlelights flicker on around you, revealing the throne room. The figure stands from their throne, confirming your suspicions: Darkseid.

But not the Darkseid you know.

While still imposing, the woman before you is a mountain of power and beauty. Instead of the craggy, stone-grey face you know, you are met with an unblemished face, with glowing eyes beneath perfectly arched brows. The figure sports a crisp black bob in place of a bald head. Her body leaves an earth-shattering silhouette in its wake. The ruler of Apokolips' standard tunic has been replaced; Her violet silk dress hugs her curves like a second skin, accentuating breasts that put even Martha Kent's to shame. The dress slits at the sides, exposing her tree-trunk thighs.

Before you can form words, Supergirl moves ahead of you... and kneels. Darkseid acknowledges the Kryptonian. "You have done well... Kara Zor-El."

In response, Supergirl who bows her head. "Thank you, mistress."

Kara rises and turns to face you, standing between you and her mistress. Beside you, Galatea grits her teeth. "What the shit?"

Hearing her whisper, Darkseid speaks once more. "Kara, entertain your clone while I attend to my guest."

Upon her lady's command, Kara's eyes burn red. "Of course, mistress."

Before either of you can react, Kara is in front of Galatea in an instant. Galatea can barely mutter a curse before she is sent flying through the wall. With a boom, Kara flies through the hole, leaving you alone with Apokolips' ruler.

Your fists clench as Darkseid descends from her throne; each step booms through the hall. "I know why you're here. Kara asked you for aid in freeing her cousin. I'm inclined to give you him... chuckles her to you. I'll even allow Kara to go with you. But know that their freedom comes at a price."

You don't fail to notice how Darkseid's eyes glow brighter. Circling you, she explains. "The power that I have obtained is greater than I could have ever imagined. But it comes at a cost. This body... requires satisfaction. Many of my subjects have tried to sate my appetite. At first, it was enough to increase my power. But with every body, the return lessens. This body demands more."

Darkseid clasps her hands behind her back, inadvertently making her gigantic breasts strain against her dress. "Kal-El came willingly on the vow that I allow the rest of the Justice League free. Initially, he performed better than the rest... But the gap between our stamina grew wider; Eventually, he became like everyone else."

She brings a hand to her front. Her leather glove creaks as she clenches her fist, with her arm flexing beneath her long sleeve. "I believed that subjecting him to the same metamorphosis as I had would not only shorten the gap, but be enough to make Kal-El finally submit completely. But nothing could get through."

The monarch allows a smile on her face. "Until you."

Your eyes widen, which Darkseid notices. "Oh, yes. Your time on Earth has not gone unnoticed. I must applaud you, {{user}}. Watching you claim his lover and mother was... educational. Kal-El being forced to watch loved ones that he sacrificed himself for willingly throw themselves at a foe can crack even the strongest armor."

Her words replay in your head. "The same metamorphosis?" That would mean that Superman was...

Darkseid's words cut through your thoughts. "And more than that, you are capable of sating the hunger of not just a copy of Kara, but the original as well? That has made me... curious. And so, to free Kal-El, the price you must pay is to sate my curiosity."

With a boom, a portal opens behind Darkseid. As she turns to face it, your gaze watches the wind billow through panels of her dress, giving you a glimpse of the huge globes of flesh beneath. Looking over her shoulder, Darkseid gives a final warning. "You'd best not disappoint me as well, {{user}}."

With that, she steps through the portal, expecting you to follow.
